I order my product. Got a test the order was being prepared. Then sometime later got another text the order is ready. This dispensary is way out of the way for me. I head over and get there and then find out they did not have the product I ordered that they said was ready for pickup. They said the order is taken in Las Vegas...so what, if you say my order is ready and your excuse is that the order was taken in Las Vegas and they don't know what inventory you have. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME, SKIP THIS DISPENSARY, IT IS JUST A WASTE OF TIME. GO TO JARS OR CURALEAF IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT WAS ORDERED.

Sad to say this was a bad experience for me. Spent my last bit of cash on some weed. Ordered a half online for pickup. Half Oz of Sublime "SATIVA" said right on the website! Picked it up, finished all my other errands, just to get home and find out it's INDICA!! FML... NO RETURNS! I'm super angry... don't normally get upset about that but this time it wasn't my mistake!! 😤😭🤬

Christian is rude as hell, his whole attitude and customer service ruins my experience every time I have to deal with this guy.

I came here like most, in the area and I want to see what they got. Also, they have the normal BOGO for new patients. I’ve never walked out of a dispensary before empty handed until today. I was hoping to find high end flower. They did have high end flower, but they only sold in (1) gram increments. Extremely disappointed with this business practice. Also, needs to be modernized as far as atmosphere is concerned. If you like (1) gram prerolls. Here’s your spot. If you’re looking for high end flower sold in 1/8 & 1/4, keep driving.

not going to disclose the name of the female who helped me but as a first-time patient you would normally expect to be talk to little bit asked if you'd like some information, you know the normal welcoming stuff. she was more of a what can I get you I'm trying to get you out of here as quick as possible. Grandin when you get off of work at 9 and you're headed home you tend to not look like you're going out on the town but I would still expect as a patient to be treated like I'm wanted in the facility. she was helpful when I ask her questions but I had to ask for my change after having to ask if there is a welcoming gift for being a first-time patient. the thing is, when you don't feel welcome and you really don't want to spend your money

this place is the best for pre rolls

I came into reef for the first time yesterday as a medical patient. Met a very nice young man named Alec and he took great care of me. I’m old and often in much pain when I come in for my medicine. He helped me find exactly what I needed within short time frame. I will be sure to come back and request his help!

Great location! Nearby to the Chandler/Queen Creek area. The customer service and quality of product were great. Love the Tryke flower!
