Curaleaf - Queen Creek (Formerly Reef)

Stopped in yesterday, left empty handed. The ridiculous amount that this place is charging for low quality meds blows my mind. This industry is going downhill and there doesnt seem to be any brakes. I hope more pwople take advantage of growing their own meds. Places like this and what seems to be EVERY dispensary in the valley have become worse than a street dealer and have taken advantage of every person that walks through their doors. At least my old plug appreciates my business unlike this "dispensary"🙄

just like the other comments im f***in pissed about this doubling of prices overnight. been coming to reef for 7 years, 7 YEARS, but sadly lastnight was my last time. I used to be able to get 3 grams of shatter for $65. now I get 2- .5 jars for $55??? yeah that's right only 1g of tryke for $55.00. shows you do not care about medical and only about that cash flow. sad because I really use to enjoy going there. even made some good connections with good people there. so thank you for your past. eff u for your future reef.

*MEDICAL PATIENTS DO NOT GO TO REEF IN QUEEN CREEK* OMFG...I am still shaking from my visit to Reef in Queen Creek. I have been a Medical Marijuana client of theirs since 2017. Never gone to another dispensary. I go once a week. I always place a phone order for pick up. Today when I called to order product, I was told that KK was now being sold as only recreational? Ok, went back to the website and chose other strains and placed my order over the phone. At pick up of my order, I was told that one of the strains was recreational only? Information that would have been helpful when I placed my order. And recreational for that strain did NOT appear on their website. I was told, "Oh sorry, it was a mistake and if I wanted it I would have to pay recreational prices"! How is this now fair to your medical clients? I have been your client for 4 years. I have spent thousands of dollars with you. Medical Marijuana clients have kept you guys alive until now. And this is what you do? You absolutely have a way to track medical versus recreational. It's obscene that you charge medical clients 24% tax on the strains deemed recreational. The excuses I was given were Bull****! And I absolutely asked, spoke with a manager. I will never spend another dime at this dispensary! The business model you have adopted sucks, you are the epitome of greedy bast**ds! Good Riddance

Wow!!! This used to be one of my favorite places. Medical patients are what kept you in buisness before rec ever came along! You are the only dispensary In the east valley who is raising prices for med customers and limiting strains. Disgusting. You realize your located in QUEEN CREEK, where you had loyal med patients not Phoenix right? This isn't the employee's faults. They are good people but this is very bad buisness and I will not be back until you figure it out. Your limiting strains so they can try?? You don't think they are trying anywhere else??? stupid.

Medical patients should not shop here; Reef will NOT allow medical patients to buy their top shelf flower anymore because they want to force them into paying a higher price by getting it as “recreational” this place is beyond trash for that.

prices went up 20% on medical marijuana, even though recreational sales were just approved. why the need for double dipping?

So I just placed an online order for an ounce of Dutch Treat and called for clarity on the pricing. I was told it is only available to purchase as recreational with the addition 20% tax. What kind of non sense is that to make a patient purchase medicine at recreational costs! I think you would give priority to the patients that have been supportive to your business for a long time! I’m so frustrated right now with this!!! How is this acceptable to you? I’m very very disappointed and annoyed with Reef!!!! Terrible customer service doing this to patients who need the medicine of such magnitude! I have a long purchasing history with Reef of this specific strain, really lame tactics!!!!!

REEF = FU medical patients! We know you got us here and supported us YEARS but thanks to REC patients we dont need you and our prices and deals will prove that to you. (By the way....you cant buy everything you used to buy unless you want to pay REC prices)

I was thinking about going since the place is closes to my residence. After reading the comments from longtime loyal customers I was disgusted. I will not spend any money with a business that treats customers like that. I have to stand with the people of the community and not shop with Reef. We as consumers have to treat businesses with unethical practices this way and let them know that we'll not be taken advantage of just because the product is now legal. I'll continue to monitor the site and may change my mind and go here if things change. Shame on you Reef.

After years of loyalty, I was surprised to see them greedily raise prices!! prerolled increased by 60-70%, but no reason could be given as to why! My tender was forced to admit it was greed because there was no other logical reason, except because of the recreational sales. always a red flag when the employees don't have logical answers. I'll be finding another dispensary.

Supported by medical users throughout the years then dumped them the second it went recreational. Shame on this place, never will be back here again.

I have been a medical patient for 5 years ever since having stage 4 cancer. This was my go to place for flower for 3 of those 5 years. Today I called down to place and order and they informed me they have pretty much doubled every price... Also I was also told I cannot buy certain flower because it’s recreational only. Highly DO NOT recommend this shop. Thanks for screwing over your medical patient that have been putting you in business for years.

Last week Z Cube Crumble was $25 a gram so was K9ng Budder Shatter Granola Funk Shatter Secret Sauce #11 Shatter n The Potion #11 Shatter(Now they are $45 a gram!!!) I know cuz I wrote them down along with 3 other dispensaries in Chandler making my medicine shopping list for next week, and was gonna spend $500 with Reef on Tryk n some edibles, as I am feeling very medicine insecure with dispensaries saying they are having shortage issues n opening up for Rec anyway, True Medical Patients this will tell you who is slinging sacks n who is in it for the medicine n wellness! Dispensarirs opening before legally in mid March n for me opening b4 my medical card expires in 2022. All dispensaries that are doing this kind of business practice should not have this sacred medicine in their hands, makes it toxic! I will also make sure that I expose all who are doing sh$te like this. Medical started this dispensary and now they turned our backs on us!!! charging more money and treating medical patients like second rate. I will never go back to this place again ever.you people have to remember who started your business now you're just getting greedy I hope your business fails!!!!
