I really enjoyed smoking on the PGSC and the Shortbread strains! They both are High Quality and Taste is Amazing! I really enjoy the atmosphere this place brings everytime I walk in. Hardly No Wait Times at ALL! Customer Service is on Point!!! I highly recommend this dispensary to all of my friends!

Reef has the best quality flower in the Valley. The prices are set right to match any other dispensary in town. Very professional staff who listen to what is ailing you and make great recommendations. If your in the area, it's worth checking them out!

Reef has the best medical flower and prices in the entire state of Arizona. That is the only reason I go there. Otherwise, I hate to be curt, but the staff is judgmental and paranoid to a certain degree. They make me uncomfortable every time I am in the facility. This all started when I began to buy more concentrates than flower, and when I stopped smoking flower completely and moved to concentrates, it got so much more pervasive and obvious. Key holders or managers shadow me every time I am in the facility. It is so incredibly obscene that I have considered talking to corporate about it. I had an employee ask TO BUY medical marijuana product off of me, believe it or not. 100% truth real talk. It's so inappropriate, not to mention illegal. If you think you are trying to catch people up in things they are not doing, seriously consider your intentions and methods. Stop judging books by the cover. I have made it clear to the patient consultants that this is going on, they pretend it is not, nothing changes. It is to the point where, if I could, I would never buy medicine there again. The problem is that Reef truly does have the best medical flower in the state, and I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I am not sure how to address this in a professional manner and so that personal security and personal information are protected and secure, but this can't happen at a dispensary.

This was the best dispensary I've been to so far!!! The people were friendly the wait was short and the environment was very relaxed.The prices are also unbeatable!! When my name was called i was greeted by Ira!! I have to give that man props cause he was the coolest dude, he had great vibes, and he made me feel like I was already family!!!He hooked it up with a free 1/8 of vitamin CBD and that strain made my body feel very relaxed but i was also feeling up and ready to go cause it was a sativa strain!! 11/10 would recommend this dispo to anyone and anyone!!!

This was my first time at any Reef Dispensary and Christian was my budtender today . From the moment I walked in , I was welcomed by a very professional and friendly security guard who had the coolest French accent and as soon as I met Christian he treated me like family . I had been going through extreme anxiety due to a mental condition I have and had also been experiencing severe pain from my misaligned spine . I asked Christian dozens of questions and he answered them all honestly and with the utmost in compassion and care . Just to point out how amazing of an employee and a person he is , I’ll tell you just what stood out to me in the first few minutes . While I was getting entered into the system , a young man in a wheelchair came in to purchase medication as well and Christian was the first one to help him inside and see if he could do anything for him . No judgement or weird looks like some people in this world give , no Christian gave this young man the utmost kindness and courteous treatment . That made me have a lot of respect for Christian and I honestly believe he should be promoted immediately . He helped me choose a variety of effective strains for my PTSD, anxiety and pain . For the first time today , I am feeling like myself again . I will continue to be a recurring patient with Reef Dispensaries and will continue to give a huge shoutout to Christian . I have never felt more welcomed and at home than when I walked into Reef . He and the whole staff felt like family . Amazing job , Christian ! This company is very lucky to have such a friendly and caring employee like him .

maaan 4/20 is tomorrow and y'all STILL can't let me know what deals you're gunna have? for that reason alone I won't be there lol other dispensaries have "first 50 people in line" type deals that I'd have to prioritize them due to its exclusivity.. but dude told me when I called in.. " I don't think our deals tomorrow will be monumental, you might as well come in today, we have 25$ 8ths all day" I mean I understand that, and respect tf out of that, it's the main reason I come ALL THE WAY out there to y'all, but considering the fact that it's 4/20.. there are PLENTY of dispensaries selling their top shelf at 25/8th and their reserve for 30/8th... they've advertised it as such in advance and for that reason, they will get my business on this joyous holiday. That is all.

Weird corporate vibe in the lobby - sterile. Waited 15 minutes to go back even though I was the only customer in the building. mr. budtender didn't know anything about concentrates. guess I'll stick to delivery service in the QC/STV area...

This store and company as a whole is becoming greedier by the second.. first off you should change your specials if your not actually going to have 25$ 8ths.. second of all the employees who talk on the phones never actually check for products so they LIE about what they do and don't have.. third off the drive is rediculous way too far to show up and be forced to buy 35-45$ 8ths or just leave empty handed..

Want other sativas besides DTH and leamonage the worst thing is that they are low shlf flower :(

Wow idk what's going on here some times it's longer then a 1hour wait lots of confusion people seem to be jumping a head cutting the line some how no organization the weeds not all the good for the $25 8ths some times it smells and taste like that street work... never going back better of paying $35 a 8th then waiting for a hour + for street weed... if your going to the reef pack a lunch and a cell charger......

Okay Berner, your storefront is legit, that Khalifa Kush was no let-down, and that hour long trek from musty old south-Phoenix was certainly worth it. Driving through dusty gusts, thunderous storms of lightning, and pouring torrential rains did nothing to ware my demeanor. The quest for the best buds was finally over when I stepped foot inside that sales room floor. Everything else, the bud-tender, the other merchandise, the ambience, everything fell away as I locked eyes to those glorious crystallized nuggets of pure bliss. The container came up to my nose and kissed me so subtly, the wafting aromas entered my hypo-campus. It was certainly love at first sight. In a frenzy I spoke, "Yeah, that's it right there, let me get that." The bud-tender knew what was going down, he didn't interrupt the flirting between the two of us. I stood in silence as I felt a wave of satiating fulfillment blanket over me. The day was won, the war was over, the godly strain I was seeking was finally captured, acquired, and ready for me to enjoy. The wait for my meds was the longest 20 minutes of my life. Sweating and anxious as the lobby filled, a sense of impending doom arose as I thought to myself the supply would soon run dry. Hope let on, I could see myself in my room, grinding up those frosty buds and it soothed my tensions. Then my name was called, and as giddy as could be I rushed over and paid for my medicine. As quick as I could I ran to the parking lot and sped home down the 202. Darted across, weaving back and forth, slamming to a halt, bumper to bumper inching my car along. I hit the exit like a trash-shoot and flung my car onto the highway. I forgot I wasn't on the freeway anymore and just kept my 60mph speed at a constant. Soon I was home, no exchange of words to my family, not even a glancing pass. I was focused, it was time. The isopropyl in the Roor, the salt and the running hot water prepared my body for the journey it was about to undergo. With three or four shakes of the chalice the grimy resin washed down the drain and my apparatus was prepped and anew. I transported her to the smoking area, filled with chilled water and a clean slide to accompany. Then I ripped the bag open and laid eyes upon the prize. The black and yellow jar, well this was more-so gold than anything. The container itself was cause for celebration, but what was enclosed was far from what was expected. Greenish faintly speckled white, the trichome heads glimmered in the light as I observed. Trichomes flew across the room as I pulled apart the frosty flowers, inserting them between the teeth of the grinder. While the product has a nice buzz, when on sale you end up getting small buds and loose leaf. place is normally too high priced. I seek my meds elsewhere.
