The Reef Dispensary is truly the full package dispensary experience! Quality product, very humble competitive pricing, open 15 hours a day 7 days a week, very accessible on power and rigs a beautiful drive with san tan mountains as the back drop, amazing consistently friendly staff all the way up to management, full of knowledge, always patient, and takes the time to establish a relationship!!!! I love these guys, other dispensaries might wanna follow there great business ethic, Reef sets the standard! come check out Managers Amanda and Kelley and there amazing staff like Chaldera, Lauren, Omar, and Naomi just to name a few and the very helpful and respectful Emanuel and the rest of the very professional Tryke Security!!!!!!

This store and company as a whole is becoming greedier by the second.. first off you should change your specials if your not actually going to have 25$ 8ths.. second of all the employees who talk on the phones never actually check for products so they LIE about what they do and don't have.. third off the drive is rediculous way too far to show up and be forced to buy 35-45$ 8ths or just leave empty handed..

If you live out there by this pharmacy it's alright. Set up a bit different than most. If you don't live out that way....it is doable in a pinch and nothing else is open (they are 365 days of the year) . Specials were ..meh...nice staff..just a bit drab

I shop at Reef in Queen Creek all the time. Today I pre ordered 5 Las Vegas Triangle Kush prerolls that says 26 percent THC on leafly. Upon getting home i found that all 5 are only 16.71 percent THC... Im not sure what happened but i am not happy about this. I feel this is false advertising.

Reef was the first dispensary I went to when I got my card. As soon as I walked in, I felt extremely welcomed. Adam helped me decide what to purchase. He knew the ins and outs of the strains I asked about. My second time going in I ordered online and picked up. Justin did a nice job of making sure everything was there and ready. I definitely recommend everyone to go into reef!

I'm not one to usually leave reviews but I truly don't understand how this dispensary has such unanimously good reviews. It is far and away the poorest dispensary within my area. They never run specials, the prices don't incorporate taxes, and at least half of the tree i have received has been riddled with seeds. Simply don't go here its an embarrassment, endure the drive and go to the Sticky Saguaro or Oasis!

Was my first time here this past week. I love directly around the corner and have door 6 months. I've read the horrible reviews and decided to give it a shot. Big mistake. Great first timer special but horrible meds. Sold me 3 gram bag of "shake". In actuality the shake is at least 80% trim!! It smells awful taste awful and looks awful!! Shake is supposed to be bottom of the jar not trim and cuttings!! So disappointed.

I've been here 10+ times now. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Always really quick service. The atmosphere is okay, but paying and receiving your meds through the glass is a bit off putting. They have a nice selection of vape pen cartridges, which is a plus for the wife. Prices on cartridges and edibles seem about the same as everywhere else. I have to subtract a star on quality for the flower. It seems pretty hit and miss. Everything is prepackaged, so you don't see what you are actually getting until the transaction is done. At times I have gotten dense frosty buds and other times I got dried out, stem filled, broken up nuggets. If you stick with the top shelf stuff you will usually be happy, but the top shelf prices are a bit high compared to other places. Altogether, it is a good place with decent meds and a good location, if you live in the far southeast valley. Like I said, I've been here a lot. The positives far outweigh any negatives.

Reef has the best quality flower in the Valley. The prices are set right to match any other dispensary in town. Very professional staff who listen to what is ailing you and make great recommendations. If your in the area, it's worth checking them out!

Remember when Dutch treat was $25? This place sucks.

I had ordered online and my total came out to $20.18. What I didn’t know was that the price I was given online is only for medical patients.. so I show up to the dispensary with exact amount… but turns out after taxes it came out to $22.42 so I was two dollars short.. instead of driving all the way back to the bank just to get two more dollars out of the ATM (bc I didn’t have my cards on hand) digital wallet only. An employee that works at the pick up window for online orders. His name is TRISTIN was nice enough to spare me the extra two dollars out of his own pocket!! He made sure I left satisfied & able to smoke tonight!!! I appreciate you A LOT brother! Thank you so much!!! This exact moment reminded me why Reef is the only dispensary I ever go to in the valley. Service is always immaculate!! Keep up the great work!!

Stopped in to grab a couple of prerolls and ordered two pre rolls of sherbert. When I got home and checked my bag I opened it to find 1 preroll of grandpa's breath, a cheaper strain. and another one that was not even labeled and tasted like plastic. wtf? I paid for tops and got mids. not cool. Will be contacting the store today, and informing them, and probably won't go back. I've been to both Arizona locations, and the Vegas location with no problems until now, but this is a huge problem in my mind. zero quality control and crappy service. Bud Tender should be checking to make sure patients get the right products.

I had a very bad experience. Purchased an electric pipe with a known recall defect. Even though it broke on the first day. They would not refund. Hard to get a hold of. I got stuck with it. This was the closest place to me. To bad for them. Been certified for only 4 months, have already spent hundreds at other places. $47 Loss for me. Hundreds of potential earnings of loss for them. These people are UN-Caring and don't take care of their customers. I don't think they will be in business long.

maaan 4/20 is tomorrow and y'all STILL can't let me know what deals you're gunna have? for that reason alone I won't be there lol other dispensaries have "first 50 people in line" type deals that I'd have to prioritize them due to its exclusivity.. but dude told me when I called in.. " I don't think our deals tomorrow will be monumental, you might as well come in today, we have 25$ 8ths all day" I mean I understand that, and respect tf out of that, it's the main reason I come ALL THE WAY out there to y'all, but considering the fact that it's 4/20.. there are PLENTY of dispensaries selling their top shelf at 25/8th and their reserve for 30/8th... they've advertised it as such in advance and for that reason, they will get my business on this joyous holiday. That is all.

Liked customer service-great bud tender, however got home opened the medicine and whoa! Ordered directly from Reef online-medical patient and like the ease of a quick transaction. The flower looked amateur-paid for a lot of leaf 🍃 (measured and leaf, not buds are 1.5” long!) The buds are tiny and resemble a 70’s bush-terrible quality for a product represented and promoted as something of value...advice-learn how to trim $$ and 🍃 to match quality. Change your prices and represent actual product-very light buds and make it look like a lot of product-however majority of product due to the light airy buds is less- due to the ill prepared trim. Being a medical marihuana cardholder with the recreational new sales I feel that you are doing good and getting us in-and-out of your store I am a little disappointed in the price gouging being a medical marijuana card holder I do not feel that we should have a price increase but the recreational users should

Good dispensary. This is my closest and my go-to shop. Unfortunately, they’re prices are crazy inflated compared to other dispensaries. I recommend Pick-Up here, but the lines go pretty quick compared to the competition. If/when the prices are reasonable, definitely would recommend coming here.
