My first time here I came I had a busier time than normal. However they were kind and inform me of how long it would be and we're very attentive for my needs when I was in the back room. They answered any questions I had and since I was the first time there I was able to even get some free product which was a nice plus

Got what I needed at a good price and they're open later until 10pm. Love that!

I like there flower but they NEVER!!! have any specials on ANYTHING!! I had my card almost 10 yrs now and I quit going here just because they dont bother having any specials on edibles, vapes, basically anything. But oh wait! they have 25 dollar 8ths!! STUPID!! not everyone goes for flower, throw some specials out every once and awhile maybe I'd decide on spending my money here again.

Honestly, the first visit was great. The person who helped me was friendly and informative. I can't remember his name but it started with a "J" and he was a big guy with a shaved head. Again, he was very friendly and welcoming and he took the time to answer my questions and even made some excellent recommendations. Every visit since I've unfortunately had the pleasure of being "helped" by an employee named Barry. Total 180 from the first employee who helped me. I've never felt more like a bother as a patient in my life. This guy is flat-out rude. I use medical marijuana for PTSD and this guy did nothing but exacerbate my symptoms. My experiences were so bad that after the last visit (where I was handed my Meds without so much as an "enjoy, come again," (Nope, nothing. Utter silence and an a snobby glare.)I have decided that I will never go back to Reef again. I had even dropped some money and luckily another patient (and the nice employee who'd helped me on my first visit) pointed it out, because Barry, after wordlessly shoving me my Meds, was out the door but quick. I can't speak for anyone else, but other than my first, all my visits have been pretty uncomfortable and unpleasant. They lost a patient. I will not go there and I would discourage anyone else from goin there as well.

The people are great in back and would get 5 stars if more organized and faster if they could get the wait times down, its ridiculous. You have to check in then wait,(sometimes 45 mins and standing room only) get called go back pick your product and then wait again to pay. You guys should do check in,pay in back and and get product in back, other places do this and they are so much faster. Prices here are good and frequently have $25 8ths but the wait is too long and not very organized.

The past few couple times that I’ve gone there I’m gonna be honest it is very frustrating to find out that the normal stuff that I smoke is now only for recreational patients it was also hard to except the price changes but however reef is still my number one place to go and I love it I do appreciate some of the sales that you guys have been having which have been really helpful and of course like always my favorite person there Christian does an amazing job at helping me and making sure I get what I need I’ve also I’ve had a few new people that i’m gonna take some time to learn your guises ways but I have done a really good job and making sure I got what I needed.

Everyone is always so friendly here but Danny has always been super personable and quick which makes my visits nice and enjoyable!

I enjoy the wait at reef, it’s usually in and out with friendly service in between. I tend to stop here most for flower and always get a friendly attentive bud tender to assist me in finding which one fits my checklist. Danny and all the other staff here make it easy and pleasant to shop here at the reef in queen creek.

Amazing. Just dont place your express order in the parking lot to try to skip the line or in another state that carries completely different products and the service is stellar. Budtenders don't refer you to papers here, they help you find a solid alternative.

this is the best dispensary hands down. the staff is always really polite helpful and always willing to go the extra mile. the bud is always fresh tasty and never fails to lift me up. their wax is inexpensive and better quality than any other shop around. I recommend this place 10/10
