Honestly, the first visit was great. The person who helped me was friendly and informative. I can't remember his name but it started with a "J" and he was a big guy with a shaved head. Again, he was very friendly and welcoming and he took the time to answer my questions and even made some excellent recommendations. Every visit since I've unfortunately had the pleasure of being "helped" by an employee named Barry. Total 180 from the first employee who helped me. I've never felt more like a bother as a patient in my life. This guy is flat-out rude. I use medical marijuana for PTSD and this guy did nothing but exacerbate my symptoms. My experiences were so bad that after the last visit (where I was handed my Meds without so much as an "enjoy, come again," (Nope, nothing. Utter silence and an a snobby glare.)I have decided that I will never go back to Reef again. I had even dropped some money and luckily another patient (and the nice employee who'd helped me on my first visit) pointed it out, because Barry, after wordlessly shoving me my Meds, was out the door but quick. I can't speak for anyone else, but other than my first, all my visits have been pretty uncomfortable and unpleasant. They lost a patient. I will not go there and I would discourage anyone else from goin there as well.

These guys were close and their prices weren't outrageous so I thought "why not?" They respond quickly and answered some questions I had about their edibles. The service was very fast. I was very impressed. I got my delivery super fast and the driver was very friendly and polite. I'll definitely use these guys again. Also, the brownie was delicious

I used this service for the first time yesterday. The response to my text messages were prompt, the driver found my apt without any problem, and he was very friendly and informative. I got an oz of kandy kush that a very reasonable donation. Hope this place doesn't just up and disappear like some other delivery services I used to depend on because I'm pretty sure I'm going to be using these guys for my next dose of meds.

I tried calling, left a message with all my contact information. I tried texting too. Never got any sort of response. Just another so-called delivery service that doesn't adhere to their own operating hours.

Very disappointed. I texted my info at 7pm, got a response about 10minutes later saying my my pics were being verified and then another text 5minutes after that saying only "what's your address for delivery." So I responded with my address, said thanks, and then waited...and waited...and waited. I texted back to inquire about an ETA at 940pm and never got a response. Wow, good job guys! Way to set up a delivery and then never follow through or respond. I wish we could post pictures here of our texts so people could their lack patient care in action.

I've used these guys a couple of times now. For one thing, they respond quickly when I inquire about making a donation. That's a big plus for me. Most recently I took advantage of a great deal they had on some Blue Dream Hash Oil and then today I got a bunch of Dummy Bears and KO Brownies. The brownies definitely were high quality and very potent. Also not expensive which just made it even better. I also like that, for a delivery service, they offer so many different meds to choose from.

How does this place even get business when they don't even respond to texts. I texted them an inquiry and got ZERO response...how hard is it to text a simple "yes" or "no?" Horrible customer service. I like to make big purchase, but with so many options this place will no business from me nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

I got lucky taking a chance on these guys, but they're definitely my new go-to. They're polite, and most importantly they respond promptly. Their Meds are very potent and far exceeded my expectations. They returned my call quickly, gave me a reasonable ETA and arrived well within that allotted window. Like I said, they're my new go-to

Zen Meds truly is the best value when it comes to dispensaries. With prices so low, I was worried the meds would be weak. Luckily, Zen Meds has high quality product! I have definitely found my only option when it comes to meds now. There really is no one better than Zen Meds.

This place delivered excellent service. I chose them because they offered delivery and were someone close, geographically speaking. The guy that answered was really polite and informative. He gave an ETA of 45mins to one hour. Right on time, as promised, there was a knock at my door. Delivery guy was really friendly, even cracking jokes. Very cool. The brownies tasted delicious and creep up slowly for a nice mellow effect. The donation suggestions are extremely reasonable as well. I'm using these guys for my next order, no questions asked.
