Curaleaf - Oxford (Adult Use & Medical)

Curaleaf in Oxford, MA is the BEST! Their products are better and very reasonably priced compared all the other 4 MMJ PHARMACIES that I have tried in Massachusetts! Their customer service and advocacy is above and beyond all others; I highly recommend giving them a try. It’s worth the drive (if not in the area), better specials, discounts, deals and the new patient discount is available on top of other discounts you’re eligible for every visit~💯% my favorite place~I WILL BE BACK‼️

First visit you get the full tour as well as a thorough run down of anything you've never known about bud, concentrates and more. Awesome, energetic and super friendly staff that have answers and patience with each person. We find ourselves coming back to this shop frequently. They also have standard 1st time patient discounts and rewards check in where you earn points each visit and on some special days and text alerts for sales and specials. Great selections and prices. Love this place!!

Pretty much the nicest people ever. From security to my bud tender I was incredibly impressed with how upbeat, friendly and compassionate everyone was. Joe was AWESOME!!! I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t even take it! He kept me laughing and was super knowledgeable at the same time. Highly recommend!!!!

The staff here are very personable and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and are able to guide me in the right direction in finding what will help me. The overall atmosphere is very professional but welcoming as well. I felt very comfortable doing business here and have returned numerous times.

Great dispensary and my thought lean towards them having slighted better products than most other dispensary than others in Massachusetts. Worth the visit...thanks!

Easy to get too, with parking.

I’ve been to Curaleaf 2 times now, both times the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is easy to find and has plenty of parking. I tried the “Chupacabra 85” flower today and it is by far one of the most uplifting and mood elevating flower I’ve had. Very good quality. Prices are great as well.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They always take time to answer my questions and offer suggestions to help with symptom relief.

Made it out to the Oxford dispensary last weekend for their flower sale. While the place was a little small I loved the staff working there, their product all looked amazing and the prices on flower can't be beat. Thumbs up.

The people at Curaleaf are incredibly nice. What I’m having a huge issue with is not coming home with what you believe you bought. You can’t rely on the THC level listed on the menu. When I questioned that, I was told to check online cuz that’s always up to date. I next tried ordering online. Again, came home with lower THC than what was listed. When I questioned that, I was told it’s up to me to confirm it with a person. Since then I’ve asked for verbal confirmation at the store. Well that no longer works, because even after verifying with them verbally what the THC was, I AGAIN came home with something lower. Now I’ve been told I should ask to see the package for myself. When the ‘error’ happens, you have no recourse. There are no returns or exchanges on weed. I guess it’s buyer beware (AKA the old bait & switch). Aside from this issue, I think they’re absolutely wonderful. I’ve just about reached the end of my rope though.

Headband from curaleaf always a favorite til my last purchase. Very disappointed in the size of flower, mainly pieces smaller than popcorn buds ~ more like popcorn kernels. I called to let them know and was told the manager was in a meeting and would call me back ~ no return call. I called back the next day (today) and was told her manager was in a meeting and asked if I wanted a call back. I responded that I would like a call back - still waiting. My complaint is that I thought I was buying first quality medical flower not scraps. The sale should have been labeled "popcorn bud & smaller" as sales in the past have been. Then patients would be able to make an informed decision as to wether or not they want to purchase it.

Uku oil is great. Flower is not good although reasonably priced for a Mass dispensary. Nice people, good service, but flower is worst I've seen at any dispensary in Mass

Medical patient, first time patient. Usually I go to NETA in western MA, but Curaleaf was local (same town I live in) so I figured I'd finally give it a try! The Veterans cannibas Project is great, and I'm glad they continue to support other local businesses and people. I have asthma so i tend to rely on edibles for my medical needs. i was excited they had gummies and sweet tarts. When I got home I opened up the gummies... I was extremely disappointed! They are hard and very chewy, almost like they were stale, the taste and texture was almost unbearable, but I ate it. The sweet tarts were just 'ok' I decided to contact them on facebook through private message! I waited all day for a response on their return policy for medical patients and not a peep, even after the message shows that they have seen and read my inquiry. Their products are inferior to NETA products and Cultivate products. Since their products are inferior and they don't respond to customer inquiries, I wont be visiting them again, I will gladly drive an hour for better product and services!

As a medical patient, I have been to a fair amount of the dispensaries in ma. This is one of the best, very informed and easy to talk with, quality is there as well

Place is great! They have a little of everything love my visits there.

Bud is mediocre but cheapest around. The oil and concentrates are great. Great staff very quick service. Went a little after 5pm and only took a few minutes.
