Got helped by Jamie he was super nice and helpful!!! I hope this don’t get him in trouble lol but I was short a dollar 50 and instead of making me pull out 20 bucks or put something back he helped me out and made it happen thank you and really appreciate it!!!

Every visit has merited a review, but this morning the staff at Cinder went above and beyond. It was a genuinely uplifting experience. The crew this morning was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and I left stoked about stopping in. Thanks again! The menu is great in my opinion, with a wide variety and reasonable prices. When you go for the first time, it's helpful to have the menu explained and then it all makes sense. You could also just ask about anything, as the staff is as aforementioned awesome. The quality and service and people at Cinder Spokane Valley are greatly appreciated and a key part of my health and wellness. Thank you again.

Came to Washington to hike with my best friend, and my friend I came with wanted to stop in for our first ever experience. The staff all showed us the menu and what color meant which strain. They were very helpful and knew their stuff. Ended up buying a brownie and some buds that ended up being top quality. Would definitely visit again!

I had a great experience today. Tracey was so helpful. She helped us pick out the perfect flower and cartridge. So thankful for her help.

Tried out the curbside pickup because I saw a huge line going into the store and it saved me a long wait, and the website is very shopper friendly as is the store lay out

Every staff member I've spoken to is knowledgeable about what I need. Friendly atmosphere also.

It was busy when I went in today but Makinlie had an amazing attitude, that left me with a smile! She also helped me pick out carts, and as always did an amazing job helping me pick things out, she always knows exactly what I want before I even know I want it. Will be returning again to see my favorite bud tender!

Been a regular here for years and won't go anywhere else. Budtenders are dope and friendly, prices are great especially on deal-days.

Seline was a great budtender. She gave me multiple options to choose from, some I didn’t even know I wanted, and both of the products I walked out with were great.

They are always amazing and quick to get you ur 🔥 items. They are more than reasonable in prices and have a huge selection to choose from. Really they are one of the number one dispensary around Spokane Washington.

Cinder is my go to shop. Freindly staff open layout and always respectful. Only twice have i left with unsatisfactory product out of the many visits over the last 2 years.

The service (Darren) was super knowledgeable and was totally customer service AWSOME so go see them at cinder valley 💗

So, I bought my first legal weed here. Unfortunately as time has gone by there product has gotten quite shitty. I bought a gram of lavender rosin, it tastes like shit. Seriously, burnt and acrid, burned my throat and mouth. And rosin is supposed to better due to being solvent free :( also bought a bag of ewok by zen and its really old bud. From the beginning of last October. :( I dropped a considerable amount of cash in there because all the times I've been there it's been great product and service. Yesterday I was treated great and everyone was awesome, but the product was not. I don't know if I'll be going back, the product literally left thst bad of a taste in my mouth. I love the crew of people there, they are friendly and helpful. However, on the other side of the coin, I wish they took more time to make sure I was getting fresh and tasty product.

I stopped smoking a few years ago so this was my first time buying legal weed and it was a great experience. The employee that helped me had great customer service and very knowledgeable on the products. The shop was clean and very professional. I will definitely be going back to this place!

Best place to buy good but not too price pre-rolls. Good flowers as well. Very professional vibe in the store.

Austin was my budtender and he was amazing!! Every budtender at Cinder always treats me with kindness and is knowledgeable and just great people to be representing your company, but Austin goes above in beyond in making you feel welcomed and making sure you are getting what you need.

So my bud-tender, Jamie, at the Valley store is freakin' AMAZING! He's so knowledgeable, fast, efficient and will not let you leave until your more than happy! If you need anything, go to Cinder in the valley and ask and wait for Jamie, you'll NEVER be disappointed. Plus this guy is so cool, laid back, funny and more than willing to spend time with you!
