The staff was extremely pleasant and responsive. My order was ready and pickup couldn’t have been any smoother. Will definitely repeat this method of obtaining my bud. Excellent!!!
They remember me. Most of the time, I just go in and tell them my price range and they remember what consistency I like. Never have been unhappy with the selection they show me. Biggest problem I have is choosing just one!
Never had a complaint about Cinder, everyone is friendly and knows their stuff! While you might end up spending a couple extra bucks sometimes their sale days are amazing. Love this place!

But the service is ultimately what’s great here.
Ask for Vince by name, the most non pushy but helpfully suggestive dude I’ve come across in the 509, and I’ve made purchases at most the shops.

Ordered online. Had to call an hour later because I hadn't gotten an update. It had been sitting there, filled the whole time. Doesn't seem like I should've even ordered online if I have to call and check.
Need a dedicated line or next up service for online orders. Im not asking for a bud tenders service, i already know what I ordered, I would like to get in and out, esp with this covid issue.
