I absolutely love this dispensary. The bud tenders are knowledgeable about the products and incredibly friendly and helpful! the products are quality and the prices are typically better than the other dispensaries in town for the quality you are getting. Also being able to use the leafly pre order option is super helpful and saves so much time! I feel more like I am in a private medical dispensary like my home town has in MT, as compared to the super processed dispensaries that are just suggesting the highest THC products, the knowledge about strains and the type of high you experience are far more valuable than the THC percentage.
usually good experience, but online orders need fixing. I ordered grams of concentrate, and they message me saying "they're out of the pre-rolls".
I certainly am not about to pay $25 for one pre-roll.

Definitely my go too even though I live in the Valley I go out of my way just to come here. They usually remember me and I love how nice they are and I usually have a million questions and they never seem upset to take the time to check if they don't know. They keep the homeless deterred from loitering outside the premises which makes me feel safe visiting here.
I have had good experiences shopping at Cinder. I have recommended Cinder to others. Last week they advertised they had Jack Herer shake, when I went to the store they said they were out and had been for a few days. I told them about them listing it on the menu. Last night I saw it was on their menu, so I called and was told by a gentleman there, it was in and in the back, so I had to ask for it. I showed up today and it was not in the store, they had not gotten any in. They also had not updated their menu from last time. They said they will call me when it comes in.
I like the strain Jack Herer, it makes me happy. I am in physical therapy for my knee, some days I can barely walk, I knew walking to Cinder was going to hurt, but I was going to be getting one of my favorite strains. Not a pleasant surprise to show up after being told via advertisement and then by person the strain is in.
Normally I would avoid a business after 2x, weed is not hard to get. But, Cinder has good quality, friendly people, and I will give it one more try.
Cinder downtown is my #1 go to spot, service is always fast and great, the budtenders are always willing to go the extra mile and give me recommendations, and now they call me out by name when I walk into the store. I normally put in a mobile order and pick it up on my way to work and during my last visit to the store I was running a bit late but Jamie had me in and out of the shop in about 2 minutes, he is awesome and so welcoming and friendly. Downtown Cinder is where it’s at!!! Every employee there deserves praise and a raise!(;
