Cinder - Downtown Spokane

Great selection. Amazingly cool and helpful staff. They actually know what they are talking about. Don’t try and upsell you shit you don’t want. No pressure. And they’re personable! Always have a positive experience. Another huge plus, they have some of the best price points in products I’ve seen anywhere in the state. Throw in the fastest service time of any dispensary in the city as well. And no, I don’t work there or know anyone who does by name even. I don’t even review places often. But these guys are the best. Go there and you will not be disappointed.

Jesse F is the finest Budtender in the land!!! Incredibly generous with his time, his extensive knowledge, and his kindness. Flower questions? Jesse has the answers. Extremely passionate about his work and keeps up to date on all the strains, their history and use. I had called earlier asking some questions. The day staff (also super nice) recommended Jesse. When I arrived that night at Cinder, Jesse was on lunch break. He came off his break to assist me and didn't rush our time one bit!!!! I hope he had a nice dinner that night. Thank you, Jesse!! I will see you again. (we talked football and music)

Cinders Downtown has a great location. You can get off the 90 at Lincoln go to 2nd and turn right- Cinders at Monroe & 2nd. When you’re done, go up Monroe and onto the freeway. It’s like going around the block.

easy to get to, great location. I went in pretty late and the service was still an awesome energetic vibe and unfortunately I don't remember the name but very knowledgeable and definitely a great dispensary, will visit again!

Refused to honor their own return policy, which is very frustrating. Generally the staff has always been helpful and nice, but they've lost me as a customer for sure.

Just wanted to say that the curbside pick-up is awesome. The same great customer service while taking an extra step to keep us a little safer and I still placed my order online and got my stuff in under 20 mins.

usually good experience, but online orders need fixing. I ordered grams of concentrate, and they message me saying "they're out of the pre-rolls". I certainly am not about to pay $25 for one pre-roll. 1 gram wax SHOULD mean a gram of wax. not 1 gram pre-roll.

This was my first time at a cannabis shop in Washington state. I had only been to Colorado and Oregon before. This was the best shopping experience ever! My budtender was fantastic, super friendly and very smiley (didn't catch her name, but she had white blonde hair and fuzzy slippers :-)!). She let me be and look around at my own pace. I love the set up of this shop. Great quality products. If I get the chance to head back to Spokane, I'll be sure to head back to Cinder and advise anyone I know to go there as well. It was a great, fun shopping experience! I'm not one to write reviews, but Cinder and my budtender were awesome. Thanks!!😀

This store is great. The layout the selection the people. Paul's strain/farm choices are stellar. Natural Mystic Farms is the best quality/price option. Pauls advice is spot on. Thank you for the great experience.

Friendly staff and great prices! Really good selection of concentrates and joints. The parking lot sneaks up on you sometimes but it's still my go to spot

😊😊😊they were amazing helped me with everything I was looking for then some I came in today which was they're 15 % top shelf flower I didn't have enough and the cashier who was helping me spotted the rest I have never experienced that great customer service I will be back for that oil pen !!

Concentrate prices are higher then a lot of other shops and not a great selection
