My wife and I enjoy talking with all of yr staff they are so friendly and inviting all the way down to my man Apache ! He’s a great security asset I would never think of crossing him yet he is so friendly ! how did you find that guy ? and as you can tell by this rant your products are pretty damn Mucho Bueno ! Your store , your concept, and most of all your staff make it a cool place to get goodies, are we EVER going to be able to hang out in that spiffy lounge your teasing us with, who would’ve guessed that little shack in Upland next to the strip joint would become this and I thought that place was pretty cool . Came here on a Sunday don't normally do but today I did normally the security guards here are always cool but for some reason I felt that today security was being picky with whi he should wand at the door altho I got check with the wand the customer prior to me did not the guard let the older gentleman in no problem and stood in front of me not sure if I'm gonna continue coming here after that experience might just make the extra trip to high times in SB instead
The staff..from the front door in.. excellent. Budtenders excellent and knowledgeable.. and extremely patient. never rushing you in n out. Very clean and easy to maneuver thru the dispensary. parking is more than ample. the internet ordering is swift. One of my faves in the I.E..
The staff is genuinely invested in providing excellent service. What a joyous, knowledgeable crew you have! I came in with a list of needs and questions about the strains that would be the most helpful. They got it absolutely right. We tried our new flower last night, and it was PERFECT! It performed exactly as described.
