A lot of good quality products. The bud tenders are fairly knowledgeable. They run out of stock fairly often, so it is good to check LEAFLY for their menu.
I purchased Select 1:1 drops. The box labeling in questionable. It appears that Captain Jack label is first down and Manufacturers label is on top. (?) I was told that manufacturers label sometimes come up during shipping so Captain Jack is able to slip their label down then reseal the manufacturer label down over their label. How can you determine if the product was tampered with?. The bottle it self has no tamper resistant covering or lock. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer for more information on their product. Before reporting this manner further.

I ordered online and came for pickup. Isolation was good, and I was directed to a separate counter, where I could review and approve my order. i was even able to make a last minute change! Super convenient.
This place is affordable- clean- and the staff are always 5+ stars with their service and knowledge! Captain Jacks is a fav and definitely has gained a loyal customer with me!
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I usually like to go in and smell the flower before I buy it and ask questions about new edibles (you guys need more salty stuff, btw), but since the pandemic, I've been ordering online. There's a separate, much shorter line when I get there, and I dont have to wait as long. The budtenders are always so friendly and helpful. Make a mistake on your order or want to change or add something when you get there? No problem. These guys and gals will accommodate you. They always have a great selection of flower, edibles and concentrates, as well as merchandise. I usually drop in once a month.
NOTE: These guys are being safe, so everyone wears a mask, there are markers on the floor for customers to keep a safe distance. Security will scan you on the way in and check your purse, and i feel a lot safer walking back to my car when I leave, even tbough Captain Jack's is in a nice area of San Bernardino. As Ahnold would say: "I'll be back." :-D
I’ve been coming to Captain Jack’s for 2 years and I cannot stress the quality of the products they sell. I have tried edibles, cartridges, and flower! I have never been disappointed and know I can get the best bang for my buck! Amazing service with very knowledgeable bud tenders who can answer questions you may have.
