This place was great. I dont really like smoking so stuck with edibles, guy that helped me was super nice and spent enough time with me to understand what i was buying. Will for sure be back with the great service selection and GREAT prices

The good things about this place just keep on coming! I've been here about 5 times now and each time, after speaking to one of the volunteers, I learn something new and exciting about this location! From the dab bar, to the outdoor smoking area, to free birthday gifts, to the knowledgeable volunteers and more, you can't go wrong at Captain Jack's! I always leave in a much better mood than when I arrived. Hard to say if it's because of the friendly, knowledgable, and patient volunteers that are willing and able to answer any question (and admit and ask someone else if I ask something they don't know), or if it's from my purchase from their wide variety of options!! Highly recommend. CJs won't disappoint!

Captain Jacks is a friendly and highly professional establishment. Even the least expensive products are of extremely good quality and very budget friendly. To pair with this, they also have a very nice and well priced high grade selection for the connoisseur. I go no where else.

Due to toddlers non stop autistic and medical needs now husbands renal cell carcinoma back I cant take the painful pressure and pain on my mind heart and body. So after 9 years sober. I bit the bullet walked in and made my 1st time Cbd and Smoking Cannabis purchase at Jacks. Have to say the two cashier/reps extremely knowledgeable. Atmosphere caring helpful and beyond Amazing. Even connected with another Autism Mom. Thank you Jacks for receiving me well when I was in scared, afraid and not well.

This was my first time ever going to a dispensary so I really had no idea what to expect. Every single employee I encountered was nice and professional. Sam helped me. I was looking for something to help my dog. Sam was very confident and knowledgeable. I felt confident making my decision on what to get and how to use it to hopefully see results as quickly as possible in my dog. I highly recommend this place.

This place has high prices for moderate herb. $49 dollars an eighth and that's on the mark 3.5. The whole dab bar thing is super douchey and the whole place looks to just be a spot where kids will go to "be cool" or something. Trying to hard to be something recreational when it should be about the quality of the meds you're over-charging your "patients" for. I'm not going back to this place. I got way better herb at a spot in San Bernardino for way less and they gave me a 4 gram eighth.

I've been coming here since I first got my rec! Always has a great selection. The people there are genuine. The atmosphere is great. It's a great relax/hang out area. If you ever need time to relax or medicate. This is the place to be!!

I agree with other reviews regarding the service and ambiance here. The staff is wonderful and truly does "treat you like family". Offering water to my friend and I ... we had just taken our first dabs. It was a relaxing environment outside and a friendly and helpful one inside. I hope I can find a place just as wonderful in Orange County. But until then, I will make the drive!

I finally went to this place that I’ve been wanting to go to only to be taxed, no VA discount and no FTP hook up. SFV was good tho. I won’t be back.

Great stock and excellent customer service. Even when they're busy, your budtender takes their time to answer any questions and recommend product based on your needs/wants. I highly recommend this place to anyone from the first timer to the seasoned patient.

Loyal customer for good reason.. Budtenders are always helpful and friendly here. Good prices and high quality product. Today I was helped by Brenda, who showed me both the product I asked for and another similar product (great deal) based on what my priorities were. She and others have always gone above and beyond to make sure customers are warmly welcomed and thoroughly helped. Love this place!
