Great Staff!!

This is the first dispensary at which I registered as a new card holder and they been very helpful, supportive, accepting, and encouraging. Over the last month I have received excellent advice and guidance, the atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable, and the friendly tenders have a wealth of knowledge and experience, offering a wide selection of products at affordable prices with many deals and incentives available. Very medical!

I've recently transferred dispensaries and although this location is smaller, they are quite efficient and offer some really great deals. My first trip here was on Prize Wheel Wens & I won some cool free edibles 💚

Last week I came in as a brand new patient, the atmosphere was calming and secure. The woman who helped me was excellent and very knowledgeable, informative, and let me know how/when to get the best deals for the month. I am heading there today for a few edibles. 2 thumbs up!!!!

I went in for my first time yesterday and had such a wonderful and lovely experience! From the helpful and kind woman at the front desk to the knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly dudes in the back. Thank you so much! I am looking forward to coming back :)

Just Transferred to Columbia. I only give 4 stars as I have not yet purchased. But if it is same product as others it is 4 stars. Compared to other dispensaries in a 10 mile radius from Des Plaines, Service and atmosphere was quite high and informative. Much higher than some suburbs. The Specials and their pricing structure cannot be touched by any of the 6 dispensaries I've visited. Incredibly good deals and value.

Columbia Care is THE BEST place on earth ....better than Disneyland ! I always get the best advise from Tom and Mickey and everyone else for my medical needs ....I never leave without a smile on my face because I know I have gotten the best medicine for my ever changing ailments ...they have a GREAT selection and I never have to worry aboout quality ...I would suggest Columbia Care to everyone I know that Columbia Care IS the only place to go and you will see what I mean after your first visit ! ......(even my grandmother loves it there ;)

Friendly and accommodating!

Today was my first time in a dispensary as a medical patient. I was a bit nervous and flustered since there are new restrictions in place for our state. As soon as I walked in, I could tell there was a strict regimen in place to maintain social distance regulations in place. Customers were politely asked to sit down in designated areas, and specific places on the floor were marked for customers to stand or sit, which was super helpful. The staff and employees are very friendly and certainly eased my nerves as a first time customer. As soon as I walked in, the staff was very helpful in guiding me through the process.

Columbia Cares. They really do. They have all the makings of a great dispensary but they also have great flower of their own. If you haven’t checked out curative, their product, you are missing out. As good as if not better than revolution but you don’t have to drive all the way out to the burbs to find it. Really happy with them right now- try them out and I think you will be pleased too.

There are a lot of dispensaries in Chicago, but Columbia Care is the only one that truly goes above and beyond to make sure both medical patients and adult use benefit from the high quality product and comfortable environment to provide the best experience a dispensary could possibly offer. My husband and I have been coming here for over a year and between their savings, promotions, prize wheel, workshops, highly knowledgeable staff and streamlined services we are thrilled to find the only shop that can consistently deliver on those values and services. Today we were helped by Matt the security supervisor, Natalie on registration and communication and Shaniece as our tender. After completing our purchase we chatted and interacted with Tony, Trista, Liz, Drew and Felix. Each person in the shop was beyond friendly, sharing their thoughts on different strains or just pleasantly chatting and making us feel completely at home and embraced by fellow cannabis lovers that feel passion for their field and for providing incredible customer service. No one has ever walked by without saying hello and if they can offer any points or discounts they ALWAYS make sure you know what is available and allow you to choose what you'd like to do with your own account. I can't imagine going anywhere else as Columbia Care defines how a modern dispensary should be ran and has all the positivity and integrity to ensure you feel the experience is entirely about your needs and they will do whatever it takes to ensure those are met with a smile.
