I recently switch to Columbia Care. It is hands down better than my previous dispensary. They really take the time to let you figure out what you want and offer advice and recommendations. Ive had only great experiences.

I love these guys and gals!! I’m not the most knowledgeable about the weed and the staff always hooks me up right with what I’m looking for!! And they help each other which is key!! One guy doesn’t know as much the other is there to step in and offer advice!! I just went through cancer treatment and the side effects were minimal because of Columbia Care!! I love them!! 😘😍😘😍

This was my first time here! I would recommend 10/10! Everyone is so nice and welcoming here! The guy at the window was very nice and even complimented me on my hoodie!

First off, i'm med-patient. I picked up from this place I got about 319$ worth of things. I gave them 320$ and then I used my 10$ off points. So in total it was 309$. I got my things and then I was driving home--then I noticed that the cashier/worker didnt give me back my cash (10$). So then I drove back and told them that they didn't give me my money back so they went through the process of calculating everything and then came to realize that they made a mistake. On the receipt, however, it said that I donated to their adoptive family program which I absolutely did not. After that, I get home and tried out my new RSO's and not only is it the most difficult thing to get the oil out of the syringe but whose bright idea it was to put RSO's in a GLASS syringe?! The glass shattered. Overall, this dispensary just wanted to get quantity over quality when it comes to service. They had so many people inside the dispensary and definitely not taking Covid precautions. Seems like the employees were just overworked. I absolutely do not recommend this dispensary, regardless of their prices. They are not worth the headache and hassle. Very disappointed.

out of all the chicago shops i've been to, I love this place best. great staff, service, product and the security guards are always courteous, welcoming and professional.

This was the first dispensary I visited as a new cannabis user. I have a medical card and am hoping to use cannabis to treat IBS, pain and anxiety. I’ve been here twice, and both bud tenders I worked with seemed annoyed and were quite impatient with my naïveté. Neither had any truly useful suggestions for edible cannabis products to treat IBS or anxiety. Despite making it very clear I have no interest in smoking or vaping, I still felt very pressured on my first visit to try vape products. Frankly, working with this dispensary has made me wary of continuing to try cannabis for medicinal purposes. I become anxious just thinking about going back a third time (to this dispensary, or ANY dispensary) to try and find products I don’t have to smoke for relief.

Columbia Care is the best dispensary on the north side! The staff is not only consistently kind, but the bud tenders on top of it all and provide knowledgeable and quick service. Great deals for medical patients!
