This was our/my first visit to this medical dispensary! The $30 off first visit is a great bonus! Plus a 15% discount for disability makes this worth a drive for meds. The worst thing is the indoor wait time with COVID and no curbside pick up make this a bit of a bummer, but the savings for medication worth the drive!

Very cool atmosphere, short wait time and knowledgeable staff. It’s nice that they have iPads in the wait area with Leafly pulled up so that you can do some research and ask questions, quality of product is great!

Helpful staff really helped me to set up everything as a new patient. The selection was great, and the atmosphere just felt friendly. All the product was fresh, and they took their time telling me all about their selection. I look forward to regular visits!

Columbia Care has nice curb appeal. Smooth checkout process for preorders in particular. $20 off first purchase. Oh, and their homegrown flower is fantastic. High quality and reasonably priced.

Having never been to a dispensary previously, I was a bit wonky, but the whole staff made me feel welcomed & comfortable. Great advice. Great leaf. Great incentives.

Just Transferred to Columbia. I only give 4 stars as I have not yet purchased. But if it is same product as others it is 4 stars. Compared to other dispensaries in a 10 mile radius from Des Plaines, Service and atmosphere was quite high and informative. Much higher than some suburbs. The Specials and their pricing structure cannot be touched by any of the 6 dispensaries I've visited. Incredibly good deals and value.

Columbia care is my home dispensary now after moving into the old Irving Park area. I've been to every dispensary within 25 minutes of where I live and despite a few small issues (which they have gone out of their way to resolve for me every time), they have a great selection of products, the Curative flower and pre-rolls are priced reasonably and the quality and potency is second to none. The loyalty program is also 👌 💯 🙌! thanks for keeping us 🔥.

First off, i'm med-patient. I picked up from this place I got about 319$ worth of things. I gave them 320$ and then I used my 10$ off points. So in total it was 309$. I got my things and then I was driving home--then I noticed that the cashier/worker didnt give me back my cash (10$). So then I drove back and told them that they didn't give me my money back so they went through the process of calculating everything and then came to realize that they made a mistake. On the receipt, however, it said that I donated to their adoptive family program which I absolutely did not. After that, I get home and tried out my new RSO's and not only is it the most difficult thing to get the oil out of the syringe but whose bright idea it was to put RSO's in a GLASS syringe?! The glass shattered. Overall, this dispensary just wanted to get quantity over quality when it comes to service. They had so many people inside the dispensary and definitely not taking Covid precautions. Seems like the employees were just overworked. I absolutely do not recommend this dispensary, regardless of their prices. They are not worth the headache and hassle. Very disappointed.
