CannaDaddy's

Last night I had a debilitating migraine and Obama Kush is the ONLY strain to offer relief. I shopped the Canna-Daddy's menu from their Leafly page via the CD website and saw they offered two varieties of Obama Kush by two different farmers. Since my pain, vision and nausea were so tremendous, I let my caregiver (I'm OMMP) know which farm I'd like him to get me and sent him off with the money. Once my caregiver arrived at the shop, they told him there was only one farm/brand of Obama Kush and it wasn't the one I was after. Knowing I was in tremendous agony, my caregiver went ahead and purchased the lesser-quality, lower shelf Obama Kush for me, in the hopes that it would help. When purchasing the Obama Kush my caregiver was told a higher price than what was listed on Canna-Daddy's menu. My caregiver reminded the staff that he was medical and should get the medical price. The staff member said the higher price was the medical price. But that's not what the pricing on their menu states. Canna-Daddy's menu listed prices as $10 per/g medical and $12 per/g recreational for the two Obama Kush strains listed. Since I sent my caregiver with exact change, he was short when trying to pay. Thankfully the staff member took the small shortage off the tab. However, that didn't help the fact that I shopped online to find exactly what would help me and had my caregiver spend time and fuel going to help, when the product wasn't even in stock. It felt like a total waste of time and was frustrating on top of being so sick.

The space was a bit cramped in the way that it was just a bit narrow. That seemed to be the layout of the whole place so possibly not a choice. The service was great. the gentleman that hrlped us, Curtis, was personable and made it easy to make a decision and we got to smell as much as we needed. He helped us with any purchasing and quality questions.

I've shopped here twice actually and both times have been great. The first time they were very busy but still able to get us in a timely and effective manner the second time they were less busy but they still gave us great service and the quality of the weed is well priced.

Uneducated, pushy budtender that talked himself out of multiple sales. I have had 2 previous bad experiences in this establishment, and I figured I would give them one last shot! Never again will they get my time, or money. Groundworks has run this company into the ground, and its obvious in the quality of employee they keep. I'm not a fan of bait and switch practice, and by that I dont like being shown one quality of product, and then receiving something subpar upon purchase," and not even what I asked for" this has continuously been a problem! It was brought up with a "manager" whose attitude was worse then my experience. I'm sure they treat the "regulars" with the utmost respect and accommodate them every chance they get, do yourself a favor and shop one of the other establishments in the area, who isnt owned by a corporation.

Decent little shop in South East Portland. Not my favorite but I will be back if I need something when I'm on that side of town.

The customer service is like no other here!

Great service from most everyone in the store. I give the 2 stars only based on my last experience with a dishonest counter person. I'm returning tonight so, I'll just have to get over the one poor and personal costly experience.

well, I hate to say it but I was very disappointed. I've been wanting to come here for months now. first off I followed the sign for additional parking and then had to walk all the way around the building to get in. no biggie unless a person has a hard time walking. but not that big of a problem. they seem to offer a lot of variety of items but it's chaotic in display. however all that can be dealt with. my biggest issues are there is no displa y of the flower except in the little pop top container. which is black. seriously? I want to see what the buds look like. unless you dump it in your hand, I can't even judge what I'm getting. very little smell also. who knows when that pop top was filled? 100s of them sitting up there. the bud itself​ was disappointing too. I bought White widow bomb from graves farm. mediocre. slight high. no oils. crispy as rice Krispies. terrible flavor. I'm so disappointed. everything I was shown was dry Krispy and looked like no oils, no pollens, no hairs.little smell. AND- prices need to be advertised with the tax included. as a consumer, I want to know the bottom line right from the start. I will not go back.

I never leave reviews but I felt like it was necessary since my good experience I had today. They have a staff member accompany each customer to answer any questions and to serve whatever needs you may have on an individual basis which I've never experienced before at other places to this extent. There's other dispensaries that may have slightly better prices but this has been by far the best service I've experienced from a dispensary/business aspect which is why I will continue to go here in the future.

Beautiful building with a well set up lobby (you can browse strains via iPad while waiting.) The retail space is beautifully furnished but it ends up feeling rather tight due to the volume of customers and employees moving through it. Prices seem to be on the high side of average for Portland as a whole, and the selection is broad. The budtender that assisted me was quick to point out errors with the display, as well, which made looking over the cases easier. Their smoking accessories trend towards higher end American production glass but there is a scattering of fairly priced vape accessories as well for cartridge users. Definitely worth a stop if you are in the area, worth the drive if their menu says they have a hard-to-find item you're looking for.

I've been coming to this place since they first open and they really have come a long way since then. Canna Daddy's is one of the nicest dispensaries in the city with a great atmosphere and great service. Quality doesn't get 5 stars because the product being sold there is the same that you can get at any other dispensary. Flower, Oil, Edibles.

We drive from Sandy past other dispensaries just to come to Canna Daddy!

Huge selection and amazing staff, they will answer all your questions and you don't feel rushed it's one on one and about helping the customer. I go here all the time and recommend it to everyone.
