Stopped by the other day while I was checking out dispensaries near work. I heard that someone I knew was working at a shop in the inner east side so I was trying to figure out which one. This place is bright and welcoming but feels too clinical for me. The selection was lacking a bit and they didn't have some of my favorites, but otherwise, my experience was pretty good.

Decent little shop in South East Portland. Not my favorite but I will be back if I need something when I'm on that side of town.

I used to go to this shop all. the. time. before I moved to Cali for medical treatments. I recently moved back to Portland post-treatment, and I was so excited to go back to my Go-To dispensary! Oh Boy! Was I disappointed. I don't know ANYONE there, at all! After some calling around I found out that Amethyst left a couple of years ago and Dani, Kary, and Simone are all gone too. I miss those guys like crazy! The store is totally different now and has a divey/grungy vibe now instead of the bright and welcoming vibe it had when I was a regular. The budtender was rather moody and not very helpful but I did end up finding something that would work for me. I remember there being such a great selection of flower and joints and now it just seems a bit sloppy. I work downtown now so I wont be back here. It's not bad I guess, but it is definitely not my shop any more. Too bad. There was so much potential here when they opened and they had such a great staff back then. Sad Panda.

This place has a little something for everyone. The selection is stellar though I do wish they would carry a few of my favorites because this place is so close to my work. {Hey guys! Bring in CBDiscovery and Nobel Farms!!} The staff here knows their stuff and is always more interested in how they can best help me instead of just trying to sell a bunch of stuff. Amythist (sp) is highly knowledgeable and always sends me away laughing or with a smile on my face. Leaf is absolutely the best, he is never afraid to give his honest opinion on something and always finds me the exact thing I didn't know I was looking for. I love the vibe in the shop. It feels so warm and welcoming but also kind of like an old speakeasy! It's so much fun. Walk into the back when you come in, there is so much to see and choose from.
