Ugh, where to start? This is my neighborhood dispensary, and it's nice to have a dispensary within .5 miles of walking. The staff is usually nice. Those are the pros. Now, I have been to this dispensary probably a dozen+ times. I usually come in every two weeks to buy an ounce and an oil cartridge. I am the type of buyer that looks at the menu before coming in so I know what I want and can be in-and-out providing a healthy tip to the budtender. They have changed to a prepackaged dispensary months ago, but the process is still rudimentary. The last six weeks (last three visits), have been abysmal. One visit, I went in and got an O of Lemon Skunk. The staff had to run around to find an O. I ordered an O because it was listed on the menu as being available. What happened is that they grabbed 28 single grams that have been prepackaged. Then I had to wait for them to smpty the 28g into an O bag. After all that, they still gave me the empty 28 single gram bottles to dispose of. Total time of visit: about 20 times. Second recent visit, thought I'd be prepared and have a backup choice for flower and oil. They were out of my first and second choice of flowr. My third choice was a flower that they only had 28 single gram prepackaged, and had to put in an O bag. Instead of wasting any more time, I decided to just grabbed an O of Amnesia Haze because that was already packaged (and I'm not a sativa guy....).Then I ordered oil, and they were out of what I wanted. Had to choose something else. Total time: about 20 minutes. Now, I visited today. Made a list of 3 choices of flower and 3 choices of oil (based on their Leafly menu), and they were completely out of my first choice, and didn't have enough of my second and third choices for an O. I just walked out. Didn't even care about buying anything because it has become an inefficient process for me. What is the purpose of using a menu if it's not updated? What's the purpose of listing flower you're totally out of (lemon skunk), and the display was still up for this strain? I've decided to take my business elsewhere, and go out of my way to a shop that I can rely on when it comes to their inventory and their posting of the menu. I can't believe it would be that hard to update your leafly menu daily. Why have tablets in the lobby to search your Leafly menu if it's so inaccurate? I've also had experiences with unprofessional staff yelling across the floor to each other, talking inappropriately about women, etc. Lastly, I saw a comment about price issues. I can note, I have bought a budget ounce and Harle-Tsu oil cartridge on two separate visits, and the price was completely different. I think the first time was $170 something, and the second was $186 (and that includes a discount that was given for having to wait so long).

Everyone is always so friendly. I love that most recognize me and remember what strains I like and don't like. I live in deep Gresham and still choose to come here. Definitely will and have told people to check them out.

Today was my second and last time visiting this dispensary. In Portland this dispensary is known as one of the best and premier places to buy medicine. I went there today after seeing an ad on the dailyleaf.com. I spent money and primarily time traveling 30 minutes to this dispensary because of the deal they had listed on thedailyleaf.com. (5 specific strains of shatter from willamette Valley) When I arrived at the dispensary I told the gentleman what I was looking for and he immediately pulled it out. He told me the price would be around $80 I said there must be a mistake. I told him on the website it's listed as $25 for a medical patient. He said that I was wrong and that the website only had two strains listed. I told him no buddy I saw 5 listed. He pulled out a piece of paper that looked similar to the ad and loudly corrected me in front of other customers. I told him nicely hold on and I pulled out my phone and showed him that he was wrong. *store ad shows 2 strains *The website had 2 ads each showing 5 strains and all 3 ads different. He told me they made a mistake and it happens. The company changed the ad multiple times that day. The ad that I saw before leaving for the dispensary showed two different items on the list of 5. When I got to the dispensary the list on the website had changed and the dispensary itself had a different list from the 2 others. The guy then informed me that he would not agree to the sale price and that I had to pay $80 for the Gram. I told him goodbye and that I'll be letting others know of this shady practice. When the company is proven wrong they should do right by the customer. People search around Portland and use the Internet. You don't need to spend your hard earned money at a place like this.

I've been in the industry for a few years now and I came in with some pretty complicated terpene questions. My budtender, Shawn, was able to answer most all of them with ease. I appreciate the depth of knowledge this store expects from their budtenders. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Made an account on leafly because I was so upset with my experience here at canna daddy's. Now onto the review. obviously from the moment you look at the prices they are waaaay overpriced. SEEN BETTER ALL OVER TOWN. Don't know how they get business. Maybe the "pretty" girls? Lol. Can't imagine what prices they have in mind for recreation which means I would not recommend this place for recreation because of my fear of prices sky rocketing here. Many other places will offer cheaper and quite frank the same stuff. The staff here are very pushy into buying "meds" that I don't need nor want.... I came in and was looking for something really low in THC.. And my budtender (seemed rather annoyed when I didn't buy more product especially since it was high in THC which makes my migraines more worse) she was not very bright and seemed rather dull after I turned down the other product she basically tried too shove down my throat which leads me too believe they get paid on commission. Which makes them very untrustworthy like a sleezy car salesman. I would not recommend this shop to friends or family for recreation or for that matter for medical because of how I was treated. If prices go down and a change of attitude, there's a slight chance I'll return (shop location) but hey there's like 100 other shops just like yours in the Portland metro area!. And way cheap too. Ps - While I was walking away I also heard something in the realm of "that old man gave me a hard time" followed by quiet laughter (my hearing aid works fine). That's UNACCEPTABLE!. Laughing at me because I'm different. unacceptable.

This is a highly professional group, without any of the precious attitude. They are committed to the patient, and helping find the particular medicine to help. I have brought friends here, and they leave with the appropriate help they need. My husband and I have made this our dispensary, and appreciate the hard work and efforts of the staff.

They are $20.00 more than most donations. They'd rather take a nugget away vs. work with you. What did it matter if your over a bit. I'd work with someone to build cliental...food for thought!

So disappointing! First time visiting, the store appears nice and the service is fine, however, I noted the clones were in rough shape-we are always suckers for a new clone-but, not when they are looking that bad...I ended up purchasing two grams each a different strain, my bad for not inspecting closely-I know the strains from previous use, I visit other dispensaries all the time-my mistake, when I got these home wow-so bad seriously...they were awful, the smell was somewhere between cigarette smoke and dirt-there was a lot of shake and stem and just overall poor quality. I have never, ever had this experience. To add to that they offer no first time special-which honestly pales in comparison to the quality issue. In short, I will not be returning.

I'm shocked to see all the positive reviews of this dispensary / location and it leaves me wondering if they pay people to leave them... This was my first experience at CannaDaddy and to me, this was the worst cannabis purchasing experience I've ever had. I looked up the Leafly profile and pricing menu for this location which is what led me to CannaDaddy to begin with. Upon arrival, I walked into a room where several other buyers were waiting. There wasn't anyone to greet me right off, I had to wait a couple minutes before someone appeared behind the glass. I was given a number and told I'd be called in number order unless a medical patient arrived and they would be given priority. Finally my turn to make a purchase, I asked for the standard that was posted as current on Leafly. I was then told the menu information on Leafly was old, even though it claimed to have been updated earlier the same day, and they refused to honor even the "bottom" pricing that was listed.Something fishy is going on with this store. All this added to the facts that I was talked to like I was stupid by the budtender, and that the quality of products isn't above and beyond what you can find anywhere in the Greater Portland Area, makes me want to urge everyone to steer as clear from CannaDaddy as they can. There are much better places than this to buy your cannabis almost everywhere you go around here. I would not recommend them to anyone, and I will not be going back.

Was a favorite. I was a very frequent patient, so it's a shame to have to say the service has gone down hill. Had 'discussion' with owner regarding an issue with 1 of the flowers I had gotten, which did nothing but snap, crackle & pop. Owner argued with me in front of other patients (even tho I was trying to keep the issue on the low), but hey dude, if you want to let everyone in your building know someone has an issue with your flower, go ahead... To top it off, they ran a $5 off promotion that they refused to honor. Peace out Canna Daddy's.

My friend was in town visiting for the first time from Indiana. We stopped by this location because of the “good” ratings on Leafly. My friends and I will never be back. Never mind the terrible atmosphere in the store but let’s focus our attention to the store employees. My interaction with one of the employees left me speechless as he seemed to get defensive over the amount of stock the store carried all while his face began to twitch rapidly. Making me and my friends nervous and feel awkward to say the least. A very very strange interaction with an employee who didn’t even know what product the store carried. As, my party was leaving another employee overheard my concerns over the other employee but did nothing.

Came into Cannadaddys and was immediately excited about the selection. I think I saw over 100 strains of flower on the various shelves. Crazy selection of concentrates too! Great staff as well. Everyone was in good spirits and seemed very knowledgeable. I'll be back for sure.

Huge place! Lots of selections. Lots of product with good quality. This is somewhere I wont shop at. They are very very OVER PRICED and the staff is pushy. The staff acts like they are being paid by commission, so they push you to buy and if you don't or buy a small amount they act like you have wasted their time. I will never come back here!

I didn't care for Cannadaddys one bit They have five different levels of flower from budget, bottom, mid, top & primo They don't use a printed menu and you can't see what they have other than starring a small TV screen with a bunch of strangers huddled around and their bud tenders wanting only to know what amount of money we want to spend and far less about what a customer might actually be needing regardless of a dollar or two one way or another Cannadaddys is horrible about updating their menu and the menu on Leafly.com which is what many use to determine which dispensary to give our money too I was looking for "Lemon Bubble" flower strain. Leafly and their store menu both said they carried Lemon Bubble strain. I drove almost 45 min one way to get this strain for my pain and inflammation and when I arrived I was told there must have been a mistake as they've never head of it and clearly I must have meant Lemon Bubble wax. I can't begin to explain how irritating it is to have a bud tender guy who looks like he's barely 21 try to tell a 50 year old there's no such strain and imply I have no clue. Please avoid this dispensary at all costs of sanity and logic are important to you in any meaningful way.

the first time I visited it was great. they were very helpful, made recommendations and walked me through the process (recreational purchase). I purchased one of their recommendations and went for one I liked too. all was well. second visit, I knew what i wanted. went to the counter and asked for the item by name, telling him I found what I wanted online. he told me the items online are medicinal only even though it clearly shows a recreational section. I ignored this, could be a simple mistake on his part. anyway, he said that choice was medicinal (my mistake). I went to the next item on my list. I was told "nope. we are all out of that one..." as he looked to the guy next to him. The guy next to him put his head down, sighed, and said something like "I think I can find some." he turned around, grabbed the bag and handed it over. He knew exactly where it was. I couldnt help but recall all the reviews on here about experiencing poor service when trying to purchase something specific or different than the recommendation of the emoloyee. maybe this was an anomaly with a new employee. I willl give them another chance before I go elsewhere. The market is saturated with these shops. My business will go to the shop with the best service.

Good selection. Decent meds. It seems there prices are going up. The only reason I went out of my way to go there is their fair price. Now I found the same meds for cheaper. Won't be back and won't recommend.

Went there for my very first visit to any dispensary and wasn't really wowed at all. Didn't get any specials for first time patients. Even went with someone who use to work there. Way over priced too. Since I have been to many other shops that treat first time patients 100 times better and cheaper meds with the same or better quality.

Called by phone before visit to check menu and then drove about 45-minutes to get there only to be turned away without any flowers because I was told my "official" OMMP paperwork (I have not yet received my card) was not acceptable without the actual OMMP card. This was the first and only time I've been declined for having only paperwork . . . and the last! I went down the road and was amicably accommodated at two other higher quality dispensaries without any difficulty, the same as I have been serviced everywhere else, except at Canna-daddy! Don't go here whatever you do! Not patient friendly!

There are only two dispensaries that I use, and one of them is Canna Daddy's. As a terminal patient I deal with a lot of painful and uncomfortable symptoms, including abdominal pain, nausea, insomnia and lack of appetite among other things. The good people of Canna Daddy's helped me find the strains, concentrates and edibles that help to deal with my symptoms and give me a better quality of life. I will be returning to Canna Daddy's often. Thanks to everyone at Canna Daddy's
