they had alright bud and great prices until rec became a thing. prices went way up and the service went way down.

First I ordered on leafly for a half o for 80 but they tried charging me for 100, after speaking to gm they honored the price so after picking it up went home and turns out it's mids, got 3 actual nugs all other nugs are popcorn or smaller, also asked budtender if they had any other packages I could choose from and they denied they did when they clearly had more. Been going here for 3 years and just disappointed that rec has made them upcharge and sell mids. If I could get my money back I would.

If its not for the BAD customer service they would have no customer service. They treat customers like crap. Do Not Go Here.

I placed an order than when I go to pay they don't have it. I had to get less for more money for their mistake. I will never go back could have had a discount somewhere else for the same stuff.

Absolutely horrible. No point in ordering online. Still had to wait 30 minutes in over 100° weather so the people ahead of me could choose what they wanted and use the ATM. They need to have Express for online orders. If you have your money and you received the text that the product is ready you should be able to just pick it up without a 30 minute outdoor wait.

Use to be one of my favorite dispensaries cuz of the products and deals but recreational happen and the medical patients get the short end of the stick....I have no incentive to shop anymore

The last three times I've ordered from here all different strains and about a week apart and get home to open the bag to crap. I know can't do online ordering since I need to now take the time to see the product vs trusting you guys. They clam these were above 20% THC however I see no crystals on the flower and it smells like weeds. I break a bud open on this last batch of blue dream and I smell chemicals. The flower has been really fluffy and not dense. This was odd for my last two strains Golden Goat and Blue Dream. Both dense bud producing plants. My question now to bloom is, are you master growers just burnt out and don't care, is the product being rushed off the line, something happen and you had to pull early cause of profit over quality control?

I use to loooooove going to Bloom! It was my go to spot forever! Especially with the great cart and preroll deals. However, since they went medical so much has changed and not for the better. Quality, customer service, and even online services have depleted and after having ANOTHER online order cancelled and being skipped in line for a rec Patient that came after me... I will no longer be coming here. I hope you guys can get back to the awesome place you were before all these quick and impulsive changes occurred.

This place has Over priced stuff compared to any other dispensaries. I went in (with my medical card on my phone) I showed them my medical card , they even gave me a first time patient deal. but however they somehow failed to give me the medical sales tax there budtenders are trash!!I’m never shopping here again.

Went for blue cookies usually a great weed ... and coming from California I was so disappointed during this covid-19 I'm not able to smell or touch the weed until after the purchase I was so disappointed so find that the weed was so dry that any pressure applied to it would cause it brake down like powder ... long story short I just want my money back or even just make it right for the customer

This place is trash ! I online ordered 6 prerolls yesterday 1/6/21. The bud tender only gave me 4 upon purchase. This isn’t the first time bloom has shorted me items from an online order. Maybe the bud tenders pocket things when fulfilling the online orders. All I can say is treat them like a fast food place and make sure you double check your order before you leave the drive though!

Hot 🥵 also After waiting in line for 20 minutes I was told the ATM was broke I work midnight to eight at Frys and then I had to leave get out of line to go get money and get back in line to sit in the sun and sweat to death! Fix ATM! Give water like other places do

I want to give a huge thank you to my Patient Consultant Trish, who was very helpful during my first time visit to your facility. She answered all my questions (even the maybe-not-so-smart ones!) and generally made me feel very at ease & welcomed. Fingers crossed for the addition of Harlequin (or maybe Harlequin GDP, look it up!) in flower form, Trish! Overall, every employee I met there was very helpful. Thank you Bloom Peoria for a great experience!

use to be priced decently, terrible customer service now and wayyyyyyyyyyyy over-priced. stop doing deals and just sell straight. you can't hand deal sales at an actual deal price for this high supply and demand going on. stop taxing the people just because you can't handle it. 90% of these reviews are fake as hell too. I've been a medical user for a while now and I have never seen so much bs at one dispo. hope you guys do a better job at handling your sales. I won't be coming back till you do.

I stopped by the for 5 for 99 shatter deal and was asked if I wanted to order at the front desk. Since I didn’t know which 5 strains to pick I asked the bud tender if he could just pick 5 good ones for me. He obliged and sent me on my way. Cashed out in the back and drove home. I open my bag and there’s only 4 grams of shatter all charged at $25 each totaling $108.10 I called and explained the situation and they told me all sales are final and the most they could do was give me 5% my next purchase. I was just disappointed to feel like I don’t matter as a customer and I never leave reviews :/

We were using Bloom for a long time my wife and I. We spent a lot of money there. My husband went to pick up a pre-order. He had a mask on which broke. He was told to put the mask on and he said I'll wait outside because it's broken I have the money. The security guard started to walk towards my husband and he started to walk toward the guard near the door. The guard then to my husband who is a senior citizen, off the curb and he fell and hit his back and arms and head. He was bleeding and kind of confused the rest of the evening.. tailbone bruise. I only walked toward him because I couldn't hear him I have hearing aids. Totally totally uncalled for I'm totally over the top unprofessional. My husband is a senior citizen and disabled. So if you're going to continue to shop here keep in mind that you might have a little bit of insecurities with the security.

Sorry to say but their concentrates suck and the flower is alway dry. I tried it twice same results I won’t be wasting my money here! But customer service is awesome!
