I stopped by the for 5 for 99 shatter deal and was asked if I wanted to order at the front desk. Since I didn’t know which 5 strains to pick I asked the bud tender if he could just pick 5 good ones for me. He obliged and sent me on my way. Cashed out in the back and drove home. I open my bag and there’s only 4 grams of shatter all charged at $25 each totaling $108.10 I called and explained the situation and they told me all sales are final and the most they could do was give me 5% my next purchase. I was just disappointed to feel like I don’t matter as a customer and I never leave reviews :/

Excellent meds and service from Nick who was genuine and kind to me.

I have been to this place a few times now and have to say that the product does vary from week to week. My first time there, the meds were really top quality and I was stoked; on my second trip, not as good but not bad. There was one time where the new batch looked quick-dried but had a lot of red hairs so I only got a little bit to try(phew). Although the meds seem to vary, the donation is what stays the same and what makes Cloud 9 unique to me. The quality is there most of the tIme you just have to know what to look for! That being said, I like the patients/volunteers or whatever that work there while some may be a little less informative everyone has preferences so the choice is ultimately yours.
