Berkshire Roots (MED)

I was told that as a patient Im limited on my purchases and that I cant buy rec pot as a patient unless I pay the taxes...they severely limited the menu for patients and loaded it up for recreational sales.. They SOLD OUT THE PATIENTS....IM GONNA SUE YOU FOR DISCRIMINATION...

Their product doesn't weigh. Went there twice (I know, I suppose I deserve it.) and have weighed 4 grams(?) packages of wax. They weighed .7 .7 .8 and 1 gram. That's not what I paid for. If you won't be smart and go 'down the street' then you had better weigh your product. In the box weight should be 42.9 grams (it won't be). I hate being cheated. I won't be back.

Very warm , welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable atmosphere too. Product is pretty great also. I would recommend the cookies and chocolate bar.

I disliked the raise in the medical pricing there are far better alternatives with much more fair pricing. Majority of the flower doesn't reach 20% There was no reason for a price increase as it isn't increasing quality. The prices were fine the way they were but now, I'm going to be going to other dispensaries with a much better reputation such as New England Treatment Access. I Implore all of you that read this to do a price comparison along with a quality comparison.

Pros: Fast to get in on a Sunday. Nice interior. Pleasant and friendly budtender. Prices a little better than others in the vicinity. Cons: Small selection (granted, I’m used to Colorado so I had to manage my expectations) 1/8 smallest purchase size (I like to be able to buy by the gram to try out new product) Everything is prepackaged. (I prefer to have product weighed in front of me and see and smell what I’m buying) I would return to this dispensary.

Shopped here several different times over the past several months. Always buy a half, different price each time ( increasingly more expensive, currently up to 220$ a half!!!). No benefits or perks for repeat customers. Lousy service, different budtenders ever time I go. Quality of product is okay at best, same with concentrates, nothing fancy. All in all, would not recommend for repeat shopping and will definitely take my business elsewhere

nice inside. disappointed to find both my eighths weighed out differently. one was .25 grams short... considering what I paid, that's pretty unacceptable.

Medical prices increased and when I inquired about it I was told "Untill someone else is doing this we will keep rising our prices as long as people are still buying" this is just MiniMe BigPharma

After the recent price increases and drop in quality, I really can't recommend roots anymore. They've not only gotten rid of many of the products that their medical patients were relying on (high dose edibles for patients with large tolerances for instance) but they're now pricing out a lot of the people who have been supporting it for a long time. shocking how quickly the experience of buying weed was completely gentrified.

Yes I stopped in yesterday to check out the place and when I pulled up there was a line of 30 to 70 year old people on line and all were quite and respectful of all others on the line. There were about 45 people in front of me but only took 30 min to get in. The place is spotless totally professional and knowledgeable staff and what you see on the website menu is what they have in stock. I got some prerolls and an half ounce and some blue raspberry gummies. And I can tell you I’m a 45 year weed smoker and this place has thee best flower around period. I’m very happy with my visit and will be back here often. Do yourself a favor and visit this place you will love it to. Big AL. N.Y. Best prices in Massachusetts Guaranteed. God Bless all of you.

Visited for the first time today. Super professional and friendly staff. Atmosphere is apple store-like without the blindly bright walls and good music playing at the right volume. The variety of flower was one of my favorite parts of my visit. The quality of the product is stellar. Pre-rolled joints come with nice fluffy ground buds, not dried out trim. I ended up with 8 assorted pre-rolls and a gram of keif for under $70 thanks to their $200 first time patient deal. Will be back tomorrow.

100% positive experiences here at a medical patient. The products are off the charts good, the employees are amazing, and the prices and deals can't be beat. I go out of my way, driving 50 minutes, passing a number of dispensaries just to visit BR. I hope that when they start rec sales they really think about the logistics for med patients. I started coming here because my go-to spot started serving both and it's been an utter nightmare there with the parking, crowds, and overall lack of communication to patients. I have yet to have a pleasant, non stressful experience buying medicine at a place serving both, and I am hoping that BR can buck the trend and set an example of how to do it right!

Berkshire Roots staff is the best of the best. Their knowledge of each product is second to none and their passion for each and every patient is out of this world. They take the time to really listen to each individual and pair the best products for that person's needs. Their seed to sale operation is the best in Massachusetts! If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for! Berkshire Roots is the place to be! Keep up the amazing job!

Great staff, very helpful. However, I tried going there with just enough money to split half cash/half card. Turns out they charge an extra $3.50 for splitting the prices, and they have to round the purchase up. (The $29 I was going to pay cash was rounded up to $30, and then charged an additional $3.50) So I went there for nothing since they wanted an extra $4.50 out of me that i didn't have. I've been to Berkshire Roots 3 times so far. The first time i bought the Orange Chemeleon. It was fire. The second and third times i bought other, weaker strains in 8ths to try. I could tell they were medical grade weed, but not much better than street prices. In conclusion, I believe the only way these guys are even worth it, is to get a medical marijuana license and buy the tax-free, stronger weed. I can say that since i started smoking store grown weed, my tastes have shifted and i do not appreciate street weed any more.

As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

Incredibly well-educated staff. Very compassionate, friendly and always wiling to provide all the time a patient needs to understand different products. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting and the interior design is like walking into an art gallery.Their products are extremely high quality. Highly recommend!

I've been to dispensaries throughout MA and I have to say that Berkshire Roots is one of, if not the best. I'd encourage you to judge the staff for yourself and...if you happen to be an edibles person they do not disappoint - love, love, love the gummies, chocolates and caramels.

All was fine. Guy at register was a little hyper but maybe just excited about the whole day. My love really liked the 413 bar.

Basically street quality weed for twice the price. Check in needs to be improved especially on one of the employees attitude, you can’t be annoyed that people are upset at getting cut by every pre order and med patient, when you only have one guy working the counter.
