I’ve been an MMJ patient for a few years and have been to a lot of dispensaries, and lately it’s hard to find a med-only location. My first visit here was great. Friendly employees who took time to give me all the right info. Ordering was quick (knew what I wanted) and I was out the door all within 10 minutes. I got a few strains of flower, most packed in the last month but one was packed 8 months ago. Anyway, all the flower was nice looking and not that dry. All in all, super positive experience and I’m real happy with he flower I got (mendo breath in particular!). Can’t wait until I find myself closer to Boston and have a reason to stop by.

Only complaint is that the layout inside is a little awkward for medical patients and there’s little to no privacy when you’re at the counter (basically next to adult use ppl waiting in line).

100% positive experiences here at a medical patient. The products are off the charts good, the employees are amazing, and the prices and deals can't be beat. I go out of my way, driving 50 minutes, passing a number of dispensaries just to visit BR. I hope that when they start rec sales they really think about the logistics for med patients. I started coming here because my go-to spot started serving both and it's been an utter nightmare there with the parking, crowds, and overall lack of communication to patients. I have yet to have a pleasant, non stressful experience buying medicine at a place serving both, and I am hoping that BR can buck the trend and set an example of how to do it right!

Always, always, always a great experience at Rise. Everyone is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. A wonderful range of products, including their own plus a bunch of thoughtfully sourced items from around the state. I just hope that when they start rec sales that the medical patient experience doesn't suffer. I hope they understand the need for separate entrances/exits in addition to the separate registers. So many dispensaries in the state that serve both have been a nightmare for med patients, and I would really love to continue shopping at Rise!!!

My first time visiting GC as a medical patient and my overall experience was positive. Front desk and budtender both very nice and informative. Impressive amount of strains! Came here to get Flo because NETA has been out of it for a while and the last time I got it there it was terrible. Very impressed with their Flo – huge buds, well cured, amazing smell, and truly unlike any Flo I've seen from NETA. It was pre-packed, but just a week ago, so it was nice and fresh. A++ on that! I also got a gram of Ingrid and a gram of Church. Both were pretty dry and not impressive in regards to look or smell. Also pre-packed, but back in January and the container did not have a boveda pack. That surprised me because of the effort they put into patient education about how flower should look, smell, and taste. Overall a it was a positive experience and worth the trip (for the Flo and new patient discount alone) from Northampton. Probably will only return if I am in the area or am looking to get Flo specifically.
