The black containers the flower is stored in is extremely painful due to the arthritis in both thumbs. The staff used a sealable bag to transfer my purchase for me. It was very helpful. is there a way to get a different container so I dont have to ask every time?

One day it was advertised on web that the THC level was 20 but after purchasing an leaving I noticed the THC level was 15 that’s not a good way to get customers to keep coming.

I work in the industry, and as former customer service associate I have not had the most pleasant experiences in a lot of dispensaries. Bask bud tenders are not only extremely knowledgeable of their product, they are the nicest and inviting people I have had the pleasure of being served by. While Bask product is great, it's truly the stellar customer service that I receive that keeps me coming back every time.
The girl who checked me in was awesome she chatted with me while getting me checked in. The guy who grabbed my order was okay. He greeted me fine and grabbed my order quickly but then a co worker came in and he was too busy with him he didn't even say thank you or bye he didn't even ask if there was something else I might need. Bask is truly my least favorite the workers are so so.
Not fond of the new set up. Being half deaf it was hard for me to hear with so many people talking in the same open room, while trying to figure out what I needed. Menu should be updated more as well as some items I did choose to purchase in person from the menu in front of me they didn’t have at all in stock. I’ve tried different medical places and this place still needs a better set up. Also I wish the bottom of my receipt showed my current rewards balance for future purchases.
I absolutely love Durban poison for my daytime strain. I have nerve damage and it is very hard for me to grind my own weed. I love that they have preground Durban here. Drove there just for that. As long as they keep up with the Durban poison free roll in stock, I will continue to purchase from them. Excellent place, excellent staff, excellent free roll with papers and filters. That alone sold me Great smoke. I’ll be back
