BASK- Medical Use

Been coming here since you needed to make appointments, and they have improved since their first day. If I knew this existed sooner they would of gotten a worse review. Their flower and pre rolls are okay, and are on the same price as other dispensaries in our area. Along with a staff is also eager to help you, and someone on site to talk to you if you have any questions. That’s the good so far, and stops right there. They have quite a few downsides that not make me want to come back. Their menu is never updated online or on Leafly, so you have to call or go there for a menu. They never have much choice for edibles, tinctures, and I think they finally got cartridges? I heard they were $90-100? I’ll pass. Every time I have gone here there’s a mass line, and only 2 people working the registers. Both cashiers were doing nothing to speed the line up, and a few people were pissed off in line waiting more than 20 mins. I see others saying they’re never busy, so am I going at the wrong time? You’d think with everyone and their mother getting a medical card they’d hire more people to get you in and out. Along with questionable prices, slow staff, the place kind of looks empty. No designs on the walls, 3-4 offices, few chairs and that’s it. I would of liked to look at something or listen to some music. I felt like I was at the DMV, and not buying weed. I rather not just look at the window, and have the person behind me grunting about the wait. If you’re in a jam swing by here, if not, wait till others open. They’re popping up like pimples.

So far I have bought some pretty good bud from Bask. Ever since I inquired about possibly mixing and matching some of their strains, and they allowed it, I have been able to sample a greater variety of their product. Staff is always patient and knowledgeable, you never feel rushed. I'd definitely recommend getting your bud from Bask.

Bask was the only dispensary I used. They were all around a great place. I liked to purchase single grams of flower so I could try different strains depending what I wanted help with along with when I wanted to use it. They no longer have it available anymore and I feel the prices have gone up and the quality has definitely declined. Now that they have gone recreational it’s all about pushing product. They have definitely forgotten about their medical clientele.

I was there a couple of weeks ago and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have small but good quality selection. I will return very soon. Wishing lots of luck going forward and can’t wait to see what great things are next for you.

This is now my favorite Dispensary. Quality of product is 10/10. Their Grape God & Banana Split live resin are so tasty & hits so smooth! Both are very potent medicines too. Employees 10/10. Keep up the great work, you're all very nice and knowledgeable on your medicine's & other products. Dispensary 10/10. Very clean and neat, very relaxed environment.

I constantly find seeds in their flower. Prices are some of the most expensive around. Customer service is great. I only purchase from here if I absolutely have to. I'd shop here a lot more often if the prices change or if a deal on flower was implemented on a certain day (like other dispensaries).

I went to bask for the first time at the beginning of this week. I dealt with a young guy behind the counter names Kyle, he was very knowledgeable helpful and pleasant. While in the midst of my transaction another young female came in presumably to punch in for her shift. I did not catch he name, but she had a lot of make up caked on and multi colored hair. i was asking questions at this point and i could not believe how absolutely rude this girl was. She rolled her eyes and scoffed at the questions that i was asking. She treated me like i had some nerve to ask questions and like what i was asking was stupid. And she was not even the one helping me! The Rudeness and unmitigated gall that she showed me has turned me away from this facility for good. I will not return to be disrespected by an employee who assumes she is better than the customer.

They obviously ditched their old customers from the computer system. I was a customer, they couldn’t find me registered ,which I was. Unfortunately they did not allow me a new patient deal though..... BAD business , greed has hit this dispensary since it went recreational!!!!!! Save your money and drive past this dispensary. They are way over priced!!!!! Greedy

Cheapest prices out of any other dispensary that I've visited. Absolutely love their flower, it's super potent and the staff is great as well. They also have a sweet rewards program that gets you discounts off your purchases etc. If you haven't tried this place yet, I recommend you do!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful servicing my needs. There was a great selection of products which far exceeded expectation. I have been very happy with my visits to this facility and urge anyone in the area to stop in.

Nice clean place, friendly and fast service. Have been here a few times since getting my med card a few weeks ago, great rewards programs and deals. Prices are average, but using the rewards and discounts definitely helped. Will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. 👍

I am a relatively new patient and was extremely nervous on my first visit. I was treated with such kindness and support, and that has been the case every visit since. The quality and variety of product is great. My neck pain is manageable for the first time in years. It has been life changing. I am so grateful for everything you all have done for me.

Just love it. best flower I have ever had... tons of strains to choose from. 5 prerolls for $60 is always one of my go-to's. They always have specials on diff items. Can't wait to go back

Finally a dispensary in southeastern mass. Great flower selection but no vape pens. They just opened so it may take a bit round out the menu. Bask has an amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. will be back again.
