Not sure how this spot gets some many positive reviews. The staff is friendly enough but the medical selection is often disappointing, in terms of selection, potency and price. $70 Vape carts?! Really? Flower is typically too dry and the edibles consistently come in at low rec. thc levels. Overall, the prices are ridiculous. The dispensary that I frequent in downtown Boston has better prices - and that's saying something. If you're in a pinch then Bask is fine, but I think we would all benefit from some competition in the area.
Friendly staff and good product. Well run in and out quickly.

People were great, the amount of stems and trimming left on the bud however was absolutely unacceptable. I will not be shopping here again.

Bask is an alright dispensary although if you compare their prices for 1oz of flower to others you’ll be surprised take the extra 15min drive and go to northeast, their ounces are 200-280 compared to bask 360-400 is an outrage and disrespectful to your loyal customers.

Quality of product line is consistent and high grade, obviously tendered with tenderness in the growing phase. The Budtenders are knowledgeable, patient, and personable, taking the stress off making what can be a confusing decision for some folks. Bask is the only dispensary I've been to that has an ever present Patient Co-Ordinator (JoAnn) ready to walk new patients through the process of choosing the best medicines. As far as atmosphere, it's a light and airy place, with ample secure parking. No back alley building here. Often there are snacks offered, plant giveaways (don't get your hopes up, lol, they're non cannabis baby trees) yoga classes, live music, charity drives, or vendor stations, all in all making it a perfect match for the community. I've been to many dispensaries and can always appreciate their strong points, but Bask is a favorite because it covers so many of the things important in choosing a dispensary.
Of course, we'd never not appreciate lower prices, right? Just sayin... ;)
There's nothing not to like. BASK is a top notch medical marijuana dispensary. All the staff there always make me feel comfortable and are super helpful. I have (& will continue to do so) recommended a couple of folks and they've said they feel the same.

Was going to Bask weekly spending literally hundreds of dollars and was very dissapointed that on more then one occasion some of my prerolls were not a full gram . I buy a min of 10 at a time and when I informed my bud tender she said oh no that's impossible it's all weighed . Well I been smokin and weighing my stuff prior to her even being born and I was looked at like I was trying to get over . I made several attempts to email, call and other ways to complain with nothing , not even an apology . I'm not the only one who had this happen and I dont appreciated being ripped off regardless if it's an accident . Other then that no problems but they also do give double the discount at NEA compared to bask .
When I got my medical card, I stopped here for my first purchase and had an issue off the start with the points and it being not being mentioned or offered to me as a new patient, during my first purchase.
Then Covid happened. Points were not being offered.
I just stopped here yesterday and left more confused on how the point system works. The worker told me my points are applied before my purchase, not after? I had 75 points ($5.00) to use. I felt rushed basically because it was busy, and decided to take the $5.00 points offered. Yet I didn’t have enough to cover it, after I used my current coupon also applied because I needed to spend more an I didn’t even know until after I accepted the $5,00 off with points on computer screen.
The worker then told me my 75 points have to now be manually added back, which he promised he would do. (Why not add it back while I’m standing at the counter?) I just wish I was shown proof of this, (my account fixed) as the worker next to him obviously could hear the conversation and the people also patiently waiting in line too, that he would the fix the 75 points on my account on the spot.
I am left NOW more confused again and not sure how points work, also being spoken too so fast, with a line behind me so close to end of day which honestly was not discreet either.
Please provide proof that my 75 points that were shown before my purchase was made were actually added back to my account, along with my small double points purchase. Nothing on my receipt shows any points. I wish I was allowed to read the point screen better with my poor eyesight and all I honestly Felt rushed, overall. Left feeling disappointed, somewhat embarrassed too.
To top it off, the woman at the desk who I checked in with said “next time ring the doorbell first”. I explained I did not know, and if she could see also I have not been back in months, how would I possibly know the way the door system works, to begin with. Rude uncaring service. Show some compassion for customers, please.

I have been coming to bask for a while now. The products and service I receive are excellent every time. I can not order through this leafly app so I use it as a menu and I call to place my orders. The gentleman tyler who seems to help me whenever I call is always very friendly and informative every time. My only thing is I wish that they had more in house flower selection.
If you’re a medical patient you may be better served at a different dispensary. Bask has leaned heavily into the recreational market and is largely marginalizing medical users.
It’s a shame because they have great bud tenders. I hope that other dispensaries don’t forget the people who both use cannabis in order to function and are the reason why cannabis is legal in Massachusetts.
Unfortunately, I’ll be going somewhere that doesn’t treat medical patients as an afterthought.

Always the best and quickest service around. The budtenders are very educational and give fantastic recommendations. I have never been disappointed by their products. Will always go out of my way to go to Bask.
