Yes, we are all in a stressful time right now and working together to make the best out of it, right? When you go to a dispensary, you want a good experience and to be treated with respect and kindness. It was a busy day and patients had to wait in the parking lot to receive their orders. Came the day before and it was even busier, yet the process went smooth and staff was very kind and professional. However, this busy day came with staff member cussing at one of the patients right in front of us. The staff member was not pulled up on these actions due to one of the owners cussing and throwing product behind the scenes. Seems leadership displays immature actions, therefore the staff thinks it is okay to cuss at a patient? When reviewing the order, no stickers were on the product and when it was weighed (had a feeling) it was short on 3 out of the 5 eighths. Not cool! Spoke to a few patients that shared other locations where this would never, ever happen. Reporting this to corporate offices, never going back.

Friendly team and GREAT selection!! Love the ability to grab a quick gram to try instead of buying an 1/8th minimum.

As a first timer (with Medical Marijuana & at ANY dispensary ever in my life, adding on absolutely zero knowledge about any of this. I thought the customer service was far beyond quality, it was superb. From the second I walked in the door, the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Once I got called back, one of the girls who helped me was AMAZING. I was super nervous going in and everyone at True Wellness made it an awesome first experience. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

Great atmosphere, clean lobby, great staff.

Let me tell ya something about True Wellness..... I have been patient, cliant, and supporter of this place since day one. (Why haven't you guys made me a shareholder yet???...... LOL) BUT I've gotten to know the staff, front front to back, even the couple of ya that are left....from day one. They are deserve more respect than what they are given. They deal with a multitude of different people on a daily basis, and God only knows, but customer service is not an envious job. Not everyone out there has patience or a good demeanor, so their tell tale impression is left to the staff, who try to stay focused as it is. These guys are like part of the family, you may want to smack em, you may want to hug em, but give them all credit when it is due.

My top place to go to. They accept debt cards (may vary for ya but works great for me) and the pick up orders are super fast. This location stays steady & they are sure to get everyone helped & checkout quickly as possible. I appreciate all the help over the past visits!

The waiting area is much nicer than other dispensaries. They have couches, coffee, magazines and more.

All staff are great and treat you like family. Ask for budtender Omar! He has vast knowledge about strains, terps, cbd, cbn, etc. and will make great recommendations for your medical needs.

This place is where it’s at for amazing prices and deals. The owner and his dispensary team are stellar.

Receptionist was super sweet and i did a pre order so i checked in and was able to get the military discount and was out within 10 minutes. Super cool staff and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to others especially because of the one dollar gram for first time patients and the debit card compatibility :)

Very clean and fast service. LEON SERVED ME AND HAD GREAT SUGGESTIONS AND WAS VERY KIND AND ENERGETIC LOVED HIM! The selection there was was great online but in store nearly everything had sold out but I still got one of the items I really wanted, island girl outdoor grow. Extremely long wait times.

Today I visited True Wellness for the first time, and I was truly "WOW"ed! Each and every staff member greeted me -- and seemingly every other patient -- like a long lost and most welcome friend, and the vibe overall was warm, dynamic, and upbeat. As a first timer, I left laden with gifts, including a free (actually 1 cent) preroll, a mask, a shirt, a lanyard, and an abundance of smiles. True Wellness offers a wonderful product selection, good prices, lots of parking, and easy online ordering, and has efficient curbside pickup as well as in store shopping. Added bonuses include acceptance of debit cards, very convenient hours (9 to 9 daily), and discounts for veterans, seniors, the disabled and cannabis industry workers. I drove quite a distance to come here and found it was well worth the trip. Highly recommended!

just got robbed ... won't come back came into get some cbd flower for the pain . deals say a 1/4 is 50 charged me 60 told me take it or leave it . the pain said take it . I want my 10 bucks back

Ironic my review hasn’t posted over a week later. The longest wait times ever. Management doesn’t know how to return a phone call. They gave me product with another patients name on it, god knows who left with my name on their items! Had to make 5+ trips to the store to result an issue that wasn’t my fault. The flower selection is nice but you can find it elsewhere. The cartridge selection is mediocre at best. Omar is the saving grace of this place and should probably be promoted! He has a personality and product knowledge, and also gave a sh!t about fixing the problem! That’s more than I can say for the two managers and one shift leader I encountered over the course of 4 or 5 days of nonsenseee.

When I first started going here my experience every time was excellent. Quick and easy. I can’t say the same as of recent. For one it’s always packed, which you can’t fault a business for, but the lack of seating/parking is an issue for sure. Multiple visits I’ve seen people get up and leave clearly disgruntled which is relatable considering the 45m-2h wait. The staff are some of the most genuine and nice people I’ve come across, but there aren’t enough of them to service the populous that comes in. There’s only one front desk person to answer phones, document, search/ check cards, buzz people in, and talk to patients that have questions. That’s an impossible task at any job and I’m amazed they keep their cool as well as they do. There aren’t enough dispensers either. 4-5 seems to be the average. That’s just not enough during peek hours. I know it’s hard to staff for just the rush, but maybe a critical bonus incentive program for the busy times. (Meaning pay them time and a half for 2-3 hours just to fill the increased patient load.) Then you have basic issues; debit card system not working or “semi” working, Leafly menu not updated or even available, and no stock. I NEVER know what I’ll be able to purchase going up there because the menu is down and they’re constantly out of strains week to week. At this point I just ask the staff for their recommendation and they do their best. Look, I hope that soon I can change my review to a more positive one. I really do. The staff there are above and beyond but all these things combined make the patient/customer frustrated and without reviews or critiques things never change. I hope you all get your stuff together soon because you were an A+ before.

Love this place! The bud is top notch and to me deli-style is where it's at. The staff is friendly (shout out Val & Omar) and well versed in what they do. The best part is the price, top-tier buds at an affordable cost.
