Met a patient in Cecil County, MD that told me about this dispensary. I used to live off of Taylor Ave many years ago and was excited to make the 1+ hour drive. The BEST selection I have ever seen and the prices are so fair! The specials were amazing too. Placed an order thru Leafly and when I arrived, was greeted so well and asked to talk with a budtender. She was so nice, so knowledgeable, took her time answering my questions, helped me adjust my order, and super professional. She gave an amazing experience and service. It is important to tip the budtenders to show your appreciation! I plan on making this trip as much as I can. Worth the drive! The atmosphere was model and traditional Baltimore. Love the building and the inside. Fantastic experience and thank you again! XOXO

Yes, we are all in a stressful time right now and working together to make the best out of it, right? When you go to a dispensary, you want a good experience and to be treated with respect and kindness. It was a busy day and patients had to wait in the parking lot to receive their orders. Came the day before and it was even busier, yet the process went smooth and staff was very kind and professional. However, this busy day came with staff member cussing at one of the patients right in front of us. The staff member was not pulled up on these actions due to one of the owners cussing and throwing product behind the scenes. Seems leadership displays immature actions, therefore the staff thinks it is okay to cuss at a patient? When reviewing the order, no stickers were on the product and when it was weighed (had a feeling) it was short on 3 out of the 5 eighths. Not cool! Spoke to a few patients that shared other locations where this would never, ever happen. Reporting this to corporate offices, never going back.

I think it's important to visit other dispensaries and compare. Greeted by a very nice girl, yet confused about them being behind glass? Nice lobby. In the back it's huge, and was greeted by one of two budtender. Had to ask questions and I felt rushed. The flowers I purchased were very dry, first time ever by Verano that one of their flowers was so dry??

I usually go to another location closer to home and product is always fresh and never dry. The items from RISE were not dry, like another review said. Good experience, very helpful staff. Not everyone in the back says hello like the place closer to home. Not sure if they all interact? My budtender was super nice and very helpful. When in this area, will come back.
