This is one of the worst dispensaries in the state of Maryland. Not because it has bad selection or even because of the prices. It’s one of the worst dispensaries because I can’t seem to get out of there without an issue. It’s the only dispensary in the state that takes 10 minutes to check in an existing customer. The other month they had five IDs in a waiting line is three employees giggled and registered a new patient. Yesterday the guy comes in from the back and and said something that no one could understand. I asked if he said my name and I get a whole speech on how we serve pre-orders first. I was just asking if you said my name dude. That is a common occurrence here. Bartenders kind of just wander around doing whatever they want as the customers wait three times longer than any other dispensary.

Staff is awesome and very friendly. After my first visit I refuse to go anywhere else.

Bought flower but received shake at no discounted price. CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Unfortunately, did not check until I was 20 min away...20 min from closing.

Very friendly staff. Have been here a few times and I am always very satisfied with my experience. Every employee is nice, respectful and knowledgeable. True Wellness has the best selection of flower and concentrates! Also they have amazing sales when you sign up for the text alerts and rewards program!

Dope and cheap

The quality of service in that's atmosphere of true wellness was terrible experience let alone a very embarrassing moment on my part but I didn't get any help by a couple female employees yesterday evening let alone also gave me under a gram of flower yesterday it was like 9.2 on my scale at home that works fine. So I was ripped off embarrassed and disrespected yesterday evening.

I've gone here and considered it my home store for over a year and spent probably $10,000. Yet theres never swag offered or the raffle overdone probably 100 times. Sent business there..but always told no swag unless we have to force you to spend money. this is why I come less often..especially after spending so much then seeing "swag texts" a day later. Fixed

I absolutely love this dispensary. The people are always so helpful and friendly. They make you feel comfortable and help you find the best deals for what you want.

I have 2 small puppies who I care for daily. Ascend welcomed them as I made my purchase. Very cool. Place across river was very condescending as they said "dude" dogs aren't allowed. Well bye bye then CWN. Good Job Ascend.

It’s Great

Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I'm a total newbie and they walked me through everything.

There is a wide range of products here. It is very professional. Most employees are a joy to deal with. Reception is fantastic. Always positive and helpful. My only issues here are wait times, and the pickup ordering system. I usually have to wait a long time, even when there aren't many patients. The online ordering is not worth participating, it seems. The last time, I never received a confirmation that my order was even ready, so I never went to get it, then I got a call two days later asking if I still wanted it. LOL. Oh well. I have a reward there though, so I'm going to have to go back at least once. Again, everyone that I've dealt with there is fantastic. No problems at all with personnel.

Terrible Place To Go First time ever going here and I bought 3 carts. Walked out the store checked my carts and one looks like it’s leaking and is missing oil so I go back inside to exchange my cart for the same one same brand and all. They tell me no it has to be not working, so if you spend money here you better make sure it’s what you want and that it’s all there. They will not work with you and definitely do not care about their customers. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever. If this is you’re only option, you’re better off walking to the next one up! Have a good day everyone stay safe!
