Was my first time there and to say the least i was NOT impressed. Had two problems about the place. First of all, the quality is not good enough for how much they charge. Secondly, I did not like how you can only purchase an eighth ounce or more. I will not be returning

Don’t go here!!! I bought 5 prerolls & not one felt like medication it was more as If I had smoked paper only. Went through all of them & still nothing never in my life.. I’m baffled

I preordered on "Leafly" and sat in a dreary, most uncomfortable lobby waiting. for my express order. I watched a man come in off the street, and he looked at me as he walked past after the shop attendant took his card. he sat down about 5 Seconds it was backup being escorted to the back to purchase. when the door opened and he walked past me with his field order I felt so violated as I had a priority Leafly, top of the line, express window order, or maybe not. At that point I went up to the window and I asked the attendant "why didn't you advise me that it was faster to go to the back?" My question fell on deaf ears. All kinds of excuses. Please AZ Organix train your staff. I want to feel like a repeat customer, somebody who likes to come to the dispensary. No one wants an overcast shadow when thinking of Arizona Organix in Glendale, Arizona!

the staff is rude the quality has gone down when I order online they lose it of give me thing I didnt order i dont get a call if they mess up or need to change something. they always seem to call 7 to 8 people before actually calling me even though I'm checked in before them. when i try to tell then or ask them why is is the price always changing for example I was charged 85 instead of 75 like the website says. other dispensaries tell me that oh it's the same as the price online. but no you guys tell me rudely that "ooh its tax dont you know what tax is?" like how rude I pay to come get my medication from you guys for a year.so I'm taking my business to someone who cares and can have me in at out. patients becarful with staff some of them are super rude

Improve the express order!! I should not get a text message saying my order is ready only to have to wait when I get there. If I go to a real pharmacy after being told my order is ready, they don’t have me sit down and wait. They turn around and get my order. Several visits i have seen people walking around filling bag before I get called up. If it wasn’t for the prices, I would be done.

Had my pre order cancelled multiple time before i could change my order absolutely ridiculous

This location really needs to work on there customer service skills. Placed an order on Leafly got a confirmation that more order was ready only to wait 40 mins in lobby on top of that walked out with nothing because they no longer had my strain.

I called to ask them how busy they were because I had placed an express order, the lady asked me if I could hold, I politely asked if they were busy and then she hung up on time without answering my question. I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, and now I will no longer be returning here due to the customer service.

took my best friend here as a new patient and scarlett helped us out and was very displeased to show us flower I've been here for 4 years now and I've never had poor service until today.. hopefully she was just having a bad day and can get it together tomorrow.

I do not plan on returning here service was horrible! The girl calls me up for my order I look and notice it's missing my crumble I tell her and she goes to the back only to come back and tell me they are out of it! Which she didn't tell me to begin with I had to ask for it in order for her to even say anything and I was never contacted about it to see if I wanted something else. So I ask her can I get a replacement which she ends up giving me shatter didn't let me know the flavor or anything put it in the bag and rang me up. I get to my car only to realize she gives me shatter and not even crumble. Like wth I'm so mad and annoyed!!! Inconsiderate and couldn't take a couple minutes to notify me.

For the love of GOD FIX THE RAGEDY PARKING LOT ..I feel like I need an alignment every time I shop with you guys !!!great product but only three spots in the front or you have to park in the parking lot where there’s more pit holes than spaces

Their meds might be cheap but their customer service sucks! Any hard questions will br met with attitude for sure, I'll take my money elsewhere, not worth the drive from Chandler for this kind of service.

My bud tender was great. The joint I got was great. I am however appalled by the two receptionists at the check in desk. I watched them be beyond rude to a man that so needed their patience. It was obvious he had Parkinson’s. He couldn’t find his card and I heard one of them say do you even have a card? He did! He just couldn’t find it. A little compassion goes along way. Isn’t that what this business is about?

Concentrates are garbage . This place needs to be regulated for its product. The concentrates are pure propylene glycol . The same thing in vaping pens oil. ORGANIX do us all a favor and go weed again. I no longer shop here

They still suck. Check your allotment before and after you come here. Notorious for screw ups.

Nobody in line and as soon as I showed my card the lady behind the counter started lecturing me about how I had to go through her window first even if I had an express order, that they only had one person to fill the orders and that I needed to go sit down and wait. No kind words just orders. Here's a tip (the only one these folks are gonna get from me)---patients at a dispensary are often in pain but we still realize that it is going to take a few minutes to get our orders filled. Don't make us feel like assholes just because we walked in the door.

The concentrates are mediocre, buds have seeds, and the worst part is the customer service. They cant even get pre-orders correct. Of you are just going to lose my order, then why even take it? This used to be an ok spot. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Ever!

Someone at Arizona Organix used my allotment. Has anyone else had this issue with them???? I have contacted the health department cause this is bull crap. I had to go with my Meds for a week and a half cause they cleaned out my allotment.

I went to purchase 30 33mg RSO tablets, (equaling 990mg) they wanted to charge me for 9 grams on my allotment, but if I purchased the non-medical sap caps in 900mgs worth, it equaled only the 900mgs.. I asked for some educational material in this regard on why the medicinal version was so much more than the same amount of recreational stuff on my allotment, she said "hold on" and helped others that were behind me.. finally, a man comes out and says "take it or leave it" off the bat. NO EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL, just that statement. I told him that's not appropriate and he said he saw on my profile that I'm a repeat problem and I am now "86ed" which he said repetitively. that is not professional Benjamin, regardless of if I'm "86ed" or not, you initiated our conversation with a blatant "take it or leave it". YOU CANNOT TURN SOMEONE AWAY BECAUSE YOU DO NOT HAVE THE EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL. yes the situation escalated, because apparently I'm not a human being so I don't deserve to be educated.. you know, I've spoken with several other dispensaries as well as some people at AZDHS who do NOT agree with the way the situation was handled. regardless, it was behavior from Benjamin your so called assistant management who acted inappropriate and initiated the events that occurred. "86ed"? really? this isn't the streets brother, this is a professional business.. perhaps it would behoove you to begin speaking to others with a bit of respect as well as self respect, especially if you're a manager.. lol.

Great price on what turned out to be some of the weakest THC oil I have ever tried. And seriously, what is up with this places pricing? This is an insult to all patients, as this quality cannabis can be found at other dispensaries for MUCH MUCH less money. Also, why don't they sell grams??
