After 4 years of being a regular customer, they are Dead to me! Like most dispensaries, they HAD a loyalty program which "Misteriously" wend down this January. For 4 months, they told everybody they had a computer issue and we're updating the loyalty point program. Today I was informed that they have "Discontuned" the program and all customers would start "New/Fresh". Inquiring about the 1+ ounces they owed me, their answer was "Sorry". This is the First Arizona Dispensary to openly and blatantly cheat their loyal customers. Never again! Organix only claim to fame was their signature Popas OG which is good but easily replicated elsewhere.
If you want to do business with a cheating company, have at it....Shame shame, shame on the Owners of Arizona Organix in Glendale Arizona.

Last time I as here I was talking to the young man at the front door about how every time I am there someone has that poor your girl (supervisor) complaining about something. I told him I had issues before (I had that time as well with an order) but that AO always took care of me. Great customer service.
Today my wife stopped where she was not supposed to to drop me off. I am on a knee scooter (disabled). Going from the back of the building several times i have went over the handle bars or wiped out because it is not taken care of, and knee scooters have hard rubber wheels. The man out front literally screamed at us, once she had stopped it was too late, i went ahead and got out, even tho there are signs there saying not too. Maybe I should not have, but liek i said the door was open so i got out. The man then started cursing at me, he asked me if I could read a "F'n" sign. He also said I was an asshole. I told him I was sorry there are no handicap spots out front, he said they didnt own the parking spots (duh the city does). He said well you are waiting here you are not going in. (I understood with all the covid stuff, so that was no big deal for me, i had an order called in). At this point he said "F'n" again at me, I asked him if he wanted me to leave. He then said "Yes and dont F'n come back!". I replied I would never be F'n back there again.. As I was leaving he said "I should kick his F'n ass". Before I got in the mini van (with my wife 6yr olf & 4yr old daughters) I banged on the security door hoping to get a manager. My wife had me get in the car & I got on the phone to call the manager in the store. This guy came up to my window 6 inches away and made the gun symbol with his right hand at me. I asked my wife to call the police but she got us out of there. Needless to say I will never be back here.

I’m half German and half French but I feel full-blooded Italian right now regarding all the four letter words I would like to say regarding my experience last night‼️
I WAS their BIGGEST FAN... I’m not kidding I shopped there exclusively pretty much during the whole COVID-19 thing the last couple months & I’ve easily spent over $1500 on their products with never a single negative word uttered re any of the flower that in all honesty can be light and underweight. Because it all evens out with the pre-rolls and what not and I understand everything is made by humans and mistakes can be made.
It’s also bothered me to go in there and ask questions and have employees look at you like you’re talking Chinese because they don’t have a single clue what they’re selling. But even that doesn’t bother me because I’m sure they’re new and you just have to give them time to learn.
But to have the manager flat out lie to my face and treat me like an idiot just wasn’t cool‼️
So long story short, I went in there Friday night May 22, 2020 and spoke to a super sweet helper and in all honesty probably the first employee there who actually answered my questions and helped me pick out two different Kiefs which I am brand new at buying.
The first jar I opened up of Coco puffs was absolutely beautiful and because of my extreme OCD or curiosity I Weigh/measure everything... including every single pre-roll I’ve ever bought from them (Over a 100 easily) and more so out of the curiosity of knowing what I have and what it takes for me to medically treat my little back issues since this is all kinda still new to me.😜
So then it comes to the second jar (but the one I’m most excited to open of Big Black Cherry) and it feels and looks different in the jar but again I’m new to it and didn’t really think anything of it until I measured it and it is barely .46g‼️ It’s not even half of the weight that it’s supposed to be which is too much to look past like I’ve done when I bought their flower... and yes when I bought their Jazz strain that same night, one of the 1/8th tins was only 3.33 g. But I was OK with that.
Having my brand new kief be barely full deserved asking questions.
First off I understand state regulations and I’m not an idiot so I know there’s a fine line when it comes to returns or exchanges... and I knew that I might be totally out of luck because of this.
Anyways I was in there last night, May 24 on a Sunday night which is slow but I still had to wait a while to talk to the manager and I showed him the two jars and how much of a discrepancy there was between the two of them. Francisco the manager took my kief jar back to measure it and then came back and told me that it measured out exactly at 1.0g which there’s no way in flipping hell that those few little kief particles measured even half a gram, let alone a full and perfect 1.0 gram “exactly “ as the manager told me.
It’s one thing if he would’ve came back out and said... you are 100% right and it is definitely not a full gram but because of our state guidelines and because the product left the store we cannot do anything about it. Just those two little words of “I’m sorry” would have gone so flipping far‼️‼️ But instead he flat out lied to my face and totally dismissed me.
It just felt wrong and I’m still so bothered by it... (so much so I still haven’t opened up their bag from last night & normally I rip their bags open on the way home😜) not because of what it cost me because I spent more in gas driving back from Scottsdale to bring it to them then half a jar of Kief would have cost me. It’s more so the principle of the thing and how I was treated then the stupid kief.
So just be aware of who you’re dealing with and the company that hired those employees and especially that manager‼️‼️
And sadly I will not ever shop there again‼️‼️
The price increase is a joke. I’ve spent so much money there but no more. Greedy!!!!!
I wanted some good flowers so I went there and $35 8th of purple Lamborghini.. Sounds delicious right..?well hell nah, it's dry it's ,harsh and there seeds in it.. disappointed and pissed off .. never will I go back again.. horrible dispensary.!!

I was going to stop in today.. But from reading your reviews... You guys CLEARLY need to change and stop making excuses. Maybe take some responsibility that this place is NOT how ot used to be. Ill shop elsewhere. Again... Please do something about your guys new "customer service"

You are the Motel 6 of dispensaries. Dim, dirty, rude staff, unprofessional management but cheap. $15 grams of shatter that leave nasty black residue in your bucket. Nasty, stemmy, outdoor buds and a super limited edible selection. If you enjoy a Motel 6 experience this is the place for you.
whoever was working the Express counter last night shouldnt anymore. she acted like I burdened her by asking what was in the bag. she didnt show me anything what I got, just called my name and asked for the total and I was like "uhh... can you at least show me what I got?" like you know people are human and make mistakes how dare I want to make sure what I ordered and paying for is in the bag. so incredibly rude.

I love how they just totally got rid of their points system and gave their customers absolutely nothing in return but a "sorry". The shatter is nothing special and always has an off taste. I don't even look at the flower. This place used to be alright, but definitely not coming back and will be telling friends not to go here either. ZERO PATIENT RESPECT.

Dear Arizona Organix,get back to selling high quality meds. You should be ashamed for selling Encanto Green Cross's solvent filled sh*t shatter and educate staff better to explain it is a guest strain. I expect high quality from AZOrganix and feel it is taking advantage of my trust in your brand to sell me this low quality product with your name on it. Nobody is impressed and customers are not stupid... Wonder why you can't get rid of the dark brown Jesus OG and Sugar Cookies??
Absolute worst customer service of any dispensary I have ever been to. Out of all the times I have called the store on the phone they have literally never once picked up and I have gotten numerous incorrect orders that requires me to go back and wait in line again

So I went to check out this place. I bought a 150 mix and match. The quality of the 4 different strains is garbage. I'll agree with lotus2015 the cherry pie is garbage. tastes like dirt. That goes for the cherry pie Keif too. The Thunderfuck isn't done. The Grape OG is old and sheathed little's. And the GSC isn't done either. Its a lot of money for the first visit too. $240 I feel like I've been ripped off. Nice work!

it's upsetting I spent almost 1k here saving points up and was told that with the new system switch I lost my points.... I don't think that is how it is supposed to work smh

Why AZ Why! did you stop making that amazing shatter? your shatter is now just like everyone elses. I have no reason to come here any more. me and alot of other customers are very upset and unsatisfied with this new line of shatter. (Please go back to that yellow gold goodness you once had)
Horrible pre-order service, way less than hallf of my pre-orders are done correctly. They actually try and trick you or just pawning off random cartridge flavors if they don't have it for order. This is medicine right, I'm trying to treat certain ailments by specific strains but can never accomplish this at Arizona Organix. My pharmacist would never give me the wrong pills regardless. Should be the same here but i Online menu says available but when I get order there's a completely different cartridge in bag and they never say anything. Like my most recent order of 4 carts and two prerolls, they switched my Blueberry with a Sundae Driver. Im really getting upset with this dispensary as I have only had maybe one pre-order out of 8 be everything I ordered online through app or leafly website. Absolutely ridicules and shouldn't be able to operate like this.
If I could complain to the Arizona medical marijuana board if it exists I would about them changing my order without asking or telling me to give me the option to either cancel order or pick a strain of cartridge that I can use for my medicinal purposes, not sneaking a different one giving me no option. I cannot medicate myself this way and has caused a lot of hardship becausese I can only go once a week to the dispensary, so Im furious now 8 out of 9 orders. I can't drive because I can't see too well from my glaucoma so I have to trust this dispensary as it's the only one I can get to from my home. I would keep complaining if I could and would name a few other problems with this place but they aren't worth it. I have to find a way to get to another dispensary I guess
used to be a great place. now it's trash, concentrates are trash, the buds grown outdoors, the employees up front are rude, and they want to up the prices xD. they need new management and fast, or they'll be out of business. never coming back.
This is one of my favorite dispensaries, however, tonight it was not.
I always put in an Online order and received the typical ready notification so went down only to wait over 30 minutes while walk-in patients went ahead of express order patients.
The girl working did not seem to care, when I finally made it to the window they only had part of my order and seemed annoyed that I wanted the flower I had ordered as well.
Honestly, if this service continues I will go somewhere else.
Not happy about there price increase on concentrates! Quality has to become better if your going to up the price! Not even a heads up about it. Your straight playing with people's money & medicine!

If you’re trying to medicate healthy, this probably isn’t the spot to go. If you don’t care about your health, by all means go here. They have probably the cheapest quality for anything which is why the prices are dirt cheap. Pay attention and ask how your product was made. Guarantee you won’t like what you hear. All of their made wax is made with ethanol extraction. Ps, they aren’t solvent free. If you’re willing to put yourself through that, then be prepared to wait 30 minutes or more to get called back. You’re better off ordering online. My thoughts, I’d rather live longer and medicate with better products. I won’t recommend anyone come here.

this review is for Saturday night the 11th...product is displayed okay...but product is garbage...I have been coming to this dispensary for years not anymore...thanks to that new female manager I never seen her on a Saturday night before...very rude just wanted me to leave didnt wanna help in anyway when I asked...they only had a few workers...seems like no one wants to even work there it's very a sad environment...your are buying weed its supposed to be happy! ownership must be on other drugs other than marijuana to run that place into the ground like it is! less than one star review!! there is competition not to far away I recommend even my worst enemy to shop somewhere different other than Arizona organix...

I went in today to buy a gram of the Donkey Kong shatter and the Berry White shatter. When I saw the Berry White on display it looked really light yellow (like the DonkeyKong) but when I got home and opened my Berry White it was a dark-amber color, nothing like what I saw in display. I called before sampling to see if i could exchange it for another one and the budtender refused and wanted to argue that all the wax is from the same batch. He said what do you want me to do about it.... Im just going to another dispensary in the future for wax.
From a patient point of view, they are the Walgreens of the dispensary world. I had heard my fair share of Arizona Organix, so, I decided to find out for myself.
First off, they do not have points and rarely ever have deals. Off the bat, not worth your bang for your buck. They are also VERY disorganized in their handling of express orders (very). Bad time management, faulty mics, the place operates like its a zoo. They train new people at the express station and it constantly gets backed up! Sometimes they put you in the back even though you told them you have an express order. I've lost count after they've messed up my orders over 4 different times that were all met with the same fake apology and not even a joint or two. Only ONCE was i given a singular preroll to compensate the wasted hours and days just trying to even contact them. There never seems to be a leader on the ship. Everytime I call in it's someone different. They offer no continuity whatsoever. As medical personell, its off-putting that little care is gone into the orders. It feels like a disfunctional family of employees who cannot or will not help. They'll give you a wrong item but its up to YOU and YOU alone to fix it. There is 0 communication so even if you are in the right, NO ONE will help you. When I think of a disfunctional dispensary, i think of Arizona Organix. As someone who used to go there almost daily, I'd advise you all to stay FAR, FAR away. Only thing that is organic from them, is their nonexistent customer service. They claim they will "make it right", but they NEVER do. I was given the wrong tincture yesterday and CBD helps my anxiety while at work. Arizona Organix gave me a 2:1 THC CBD Tincture. I could have been FIRED because of their negligence. They take it lightly, but they do not understand that you are a PATIENT.
I've never felt like ive wasted money more than supporting Arizona Organix. I've been telling everyone about how the customer service has gone and I've been met with the same frustrations other patients have with this dispensary. Please do not waste your time. They're not worth the hassle. They could be decent, but they treat you so poorly when THEY make a mistake. I'm usually cool, calm and collected, but Arizona Organix makes you feel cornered. There is no help, and the most you'll get is a half-baked apology with no compensation for mistakes.

This place has gotten my order wrong, literally, 40% of the time. That is not hyperbole. My order has been wrong at least 4 out of 10 times here. On top of that, the system they have to fill pre-orders is completely screwed up. I shouldn't be here for 30 minutes just to pick up an order. The only reason I still come here is bc it's close to my apartment. Do NOT come here!!!
