I've been to this location several times and I really wanted to love it. Unfortunately I don't have an infinite amount of time to spend waiting to buy my medicine. This place seems to always be busy(they have great product) but there is always a really long wait to get in, no matter what time of day I go. It shouldn't take me an hour to get meds. Either hire more people to work, or revamp your system. The last time I was in, I paid and realized I forgot to add papers. I hadn't even walked away from the counter. They said I couldn't get papers since my transaction was already completed and told me to wait in line again. I feel like sometimes in life there is a gray area and that was poor customer service. Impressive, modern, medical office like atmosphere. Friendly greeter to welcome me & a comfortable waiting area. Service was fast & friendly. Brittany was knowledgeable, answered my questions, & provided the education I needed to guide me to the right choices. Quality rated 4 stars because most of the products do not included descriptions of percent THC & CBD and the ratio of sativa to indica. I want to know the 'science' behind which plants work best for my conditions.

Decent size, great selection, prices are reasonable especially with the constant deals they have. Atmosphere is a little stuffy but staff is still extremely professional.

Disclaimer: I was offered a free joint to leave this review. My momma told me if you don't have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all, unless they offer you a free joint. So, even though I know I don't like this place, I have been here enough times that I am comfortable leaving this review..... First things first, very nice place. Clean, inviting, free cookies and water. Waiting area is often full, but they for the most part do a very good job getting people in and out. There are always enough people working to service the patients and things usually go pretty fast. I don't give a crap about that though, at the end of the day I want good product and I feel this is where this place lets you down. They ALWAYS have swaggy looking nugs in their display. All little popcorn nuggs, dry, brittle, dirty looking (if you ask why, the budtender gives some lame excuse like, "those are in there all day and get touched a lot." Ok, why doesn't the place that has good bud have same problem?). This should be a sign, because it doesn't get much better. I have tried at least 7 different strains, NONE are good. In order to be a good bud you need to, be fresh (cured, but not dry), have the PROPER scent, have some sort of visual appeal, (must have at least one of those traits but for top shelf you should have ALL of those traits) AND, it has to get you high. Most of the bud here just plain and simple doesn't get you high. It just mid-grade to low end sold to rich people at top shelf prices. Most places running this scam would at least fake the funk and put nice looking buds in case and give you BS, but this place shows you the BS you are going to get and then sells it to you. I have also tried the shatter and the shatter cartridges for the epens. All of this is made with there bud, so....It sucks too.

Unfortunately my experience with the bud tender today was not a good one. I went in planning to buy two 1/8ths and was informed of the buy three deal. So I wanted one $35 1/8th and 3 grams with the 4th free. However, the man who assisted me told me a better deal was buying three 1/8ths and receiving the fourth free. The bud I had chosen was the $35 listed on your website as I thought I was able to combine both. The bud tender didn't tell me otherwise and I walked away spending $65 more than I had originally planned. When I got home and re-read the deals of the day, I realized what had happened. I could have had higher quality strains for the price I paid. A truly unfortunate experience as I buy to use over days at a time since I don't live in town. The bud is great but it wasn't worth driving into town and spending. If the bud tender had been more observant and patient with me as a customer overall, he would have noticed I wasn't receiving the best deal for what I was trying to purchase.

Lots of negative things to say, Lets start with excessive waits, no specials,nothing specific everyone wanted. Just slow moving Saturday employees, not my typical satisfactory wait time dispensarie experience. Sales girl felt just like that not sure if before working there could tell what a strain would pertain to. Very disappointed in price vs. quality. Last but certainly not least don't bother calling you'll be told one thing then staff won't have integrity to say they made a mistake, their not sure what I'm talking about even after ten min ,says it all

From Phoenix, going to school in Tucson, and needed to find a reliable dispensary in the Valley. Found AZ Natural Selections and it's one of my favorite dispensaries ever--service was excellent (Andy was such a homie, knowledgeable but friendly and never pushy), facility is bright and inviting, love that you can feel the bud samples, weed is tested and all grown in Phoenix, free gram on first visit, stellar rewards program (1600 points at $1=1pt gets you a quarter!) Only complaints are that they don't have lab test results on display (THC/CBD/CBN contents) and they pre-package, whereas I always like to watch my flower get weighed. But I can't really complain, because 2 of the 5 eighths I picked up (for $33 each with their last weekend sale) were in big, beautiful, whole, singular nugs. My jaw couldn't help but drop! Competitive prices at a gorgeous location where you feel taken care of by the budtenders!
