Got a few coupons from one of the lease guys out at the errl cup, guy gave me two I didn’t ask for them. They say limit one gram per patient. Now from my travels I know that most of the time bogos are usually like that but say per visit or something. So i read this assuming it means I can only use one at a time. Because it doesn’t say limit one offer per patient or one coupon. So I drive 40 minutes out there to use the second one, mind you I told them I had more than one the first time I came in and nothing was mentioned about only using one. Well not only did they not take it, they were kind of “sucks for you” about it. Did nothing to make up for misleading me, refused to take the coupon, and pretty much just didn’t care. Will not return or recommend.

DO. NOT. BUY. THEIR. HOUSE. OIL! Yuck! Absolutely disgusting all three times I’ve tried it. Unfortunately, they do not carry alternative brands and only push their own. Other that the absolutely disgusting cartridges, everything else here is pretty cool. The bud tenders are super great and they have a wide selection. But seriously. Save yourself. Don’t get the oil.

Went by yesterday to take advantage of their birthday special, turns out I couldn't use it because it'd been a few days after. Been a long time customer, but their flower quality has greatly degraded and they can't even compete with closer by dispensaries nearby with the prices. No one wants a dry, leafy gram at 12-15 bucks, when you can get better flower half a mile away 5 bucks less. Honestly, the only good thing about this place are their giveaways. I will not come back and they have lost my business.

amazing bud, I'll give them that. and it should be for the price! most expensive dispensary I've been to in all of AZ and they do not like it if youre trying to find a deal. I went in and asked the chick, who seemed very disinterested in helping me, what kind of deals they have on flower. she responded with a look of utter disgust and that I'm wasting her time for not wanting to drop 400$ on an oz. the atmosphere is stuffy af, this place is only for people who have hella $$$$$$ to spend on their bud and they treat you like you're nothing if you are not going to spend a lot of money.

The staff was extremely arrogant and did not seem to treat everyone the same. I would like to call out the Curley haired guy at the front desk who chooses who he wants to be friendly with and who he will completely ignore. Very unprofessional for a long standing licensed facility.

stopped by this Dispensary on Sunday afternoon to check it out. I was very disappointed in the customer service provided by the budtender. I understand that recreational is a big thing now but you would think these dispensaries could at least hire people that have some knowledge about the industry. The budtender knew absolutely nothing about their products and strains they had no menu to look, no flower in their display. So you basically we're told to take what they give you and shut up. Go someplace else if you want good service and good weed.

Why don’t you change your name? I used to come here thinking it was AzNS, nope. Another annoying Harvest, just walked out. Waste of time, heads up!

Rude not helpful

This place gets more and more greedy each week. Really gone down hill since they first opened, ESPECIALLY in quality. This is just a classic example of old people being abused in pricing because they have no idea what items are worth. I spent over $3,000 at this location in just 5 months and was given a reward of 5g Shatter for free and when I weighed them it all came out to like .3 instead of .5 what a rip off. Then I call for a manager and have to wait a week and a half to hear from one just for them to tell me no we aren’t going to help you out. Such a horrible place, buyer beware

After calling for a specific product I arrived 30 minutes later and they did not have, "never had it". Their management never took care of the simple situation. Out 1 hr of my time and 5 bucks in gas I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY OF YOUR DISPENSARYS. And i know you dont care because I am "just a number". Customer service died in the patient industry as well with Az Natural Selections

Wow this place is getting bad very quickly. I guess it doesn't take Harvest long to screw up a place. Bought what I though was Areiz flower today. Got home and its packaged in a Harvest bag, labeled not as Areiz but PCC (phoenix cannabis company). The flower is 7 months old, crumbled like dust. I called and they told me it was just missed labeled and it is Areiz. Man did they screw me.

Why are you raising prices on Cookies products? Clearly just price gouging. Harvest shops have had $50 cookies 8th for over a year now and then you just start increasing everything to $60? Pretty shitty thing to do, even for 2020. Grow Sciences it is.

I saw this dispensary on Leafly & decided to try it out. I drove all the way there (about 20 mins) only to be greeted by a very rude guy at reception who proceeded to tell me I wasn't a new patient & they couldn't honor the specials. When I explained I had NEVER been there, he said, "Well you're in our system, sorry. Next person." I would NEVER recommend this place.

Nice place, clean and friendly but horrible customer service. I bought a cartridge that didn't fit my battery, when I came back, they told me they would not trade it or offer a return. The only suggestion was that I buy another battery that will fit the cartridge. No thanks! I will NEVER come back again, if you really can't offer me a refund or any other solution, then you just lost your self a customer.

They do a bait and switch on their adds to get people in the door. This place used to be one of the best and within a year it's now one of the worst. I will not be going he anymore.

I have been here a few times and let me just say AWESOME! Professional and courteous staff. I love the sour diesel and the G-13. The edibles are beyond great I has the peanut butter extreme and let just say extreme is an understatement. Thanks for coming to my neck of the desert.

Called and placed an order and arrived 15 minutes later and was told they were closed . Why didn’t the person on the phone tell me they were closing soon ? Wasted my time for some overpriced weed anyways .
