Overall a great business. However, their budtender Samuel E is horrible at customer service. He does not show you what product you ordered or count your change back to you. He is rude and seems unhappy to be working. Find a better employee!
Always glad to shop with Acanza! Always makes it super easy to get what I’m looking for, friendly and informational staff, and they take care of business quickly and don’t leave you waiting! Superb!

they will charge your debit card the closest rounded number without telling you while also failing to mention the debit card fee.
I’ve been going to Acanza since they opened and I got the Collin og and it was horrible it would not burn or catch fire, all it did was turn black. I’ve called the dispensary many times to try and resolve the situation and idk if Im the only one having this problem but they did not help resolve my situation at all, very disappointed.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. I did get very upset when I ordered on line and when I go to pick up they did not honor the price that was on website. I even questioned them about it. I was offered a 20% discount on any day thru the week, but unfortunately that doesn’t add up for the difference in what they advertised and what I was charged. Very disappointed.
The staff was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered. I was disappointed there were no edibles when I visited but I was satisfied with the flower that was recommended.
I’ve been going to Acanza since March, and frankly, they have me spoiled. I love being able to place an order online and quickly pick it up. Plus they have great deals, friendly/knowledgeable staff, and fantastic product. I’ve been to a few other dispensaries in the area, and it just wasn’t the same. I finally decided to leave a review in the hopes that it encourages more people to give this place a shot; I know I’m glad I did.
My first time here was great. I was mainly concerned about the quality of the products and I was very pleased. I have been purchasing flowers at 2 other dispenseries with little satisfaction. The quality on their bargain products is terrible. Acanza is my new stop. Thanks guys for treating people fairly and not ripping them off. Keep up the great work. 5 stars on the quality.
Staff sometimes seems like you’re inconveniencing them, depends on whose working. I don’t like work either, but thats not a good reason to be rude. Also, the bud is sometimes pretty dry and just falls apart. I’d rather not pay a premium for medical flower if it’s crap. Acanza is slightly cheaper than other places, but purspirit and Ozark are more consistent with their quality.
Just got checked out by Cody S., part of my order wasn’t ready but he was able to fix me up and got me out professionally and promptly. Always enjoy the vibe from the music and employees here. I wish there was a different storing method for their flower though
Not always a big selection of products, but they will be cultivating soon so that should change! Very nice staff, and always willing to help educate me on products and strains for exact needs of me, which helps me tremendously when I use certain strains!
Used on line ordering when I didn't have time to wait yesterday. It went very smoothly & was ready for me when I got there. The people here are just great & are very attentive. From the security guards to the budtenders, it's always a very pleasant experience. I'm definitely a fan!
