two of the employees there have gone above and beyond. Samuel and Tara have shown exceptional customer service and public relations even through this covid pandemic. they are a big reason on why I keep going back.
I’m so glad Fayetteville was fortunate enough to be the home chosen by Acanza. I haven’t shopped anywhere else since they’ve opened. From the security guys who greet me at the door, til I’m walking out, I feel sincerely cared about. I believe in the bud tenders and admit i do have my favorites. But, everyone I’ve had help from have made
me feel like they were truly listening & paying attention to my concerns. I appreciate people like this & not someone selling me something wrong for me. They haven’t failed me yet!
The staff are always friendly and helpful. I did get very upset when I ordered on line and when I go to pick up they did not honor the price that was on website. I even questioned them about it. I was offered a 20% discount on any day thru the week, but unfortunately that doesn’t add up for the difference in what they advertised and what I was charged. Very disappointed.

The only reason I haven’t gone back is the same ol crap for weeks.
Quality of product is a hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get flower that was harvested in August and its dry and super harsh. Other times you'll get stuff that is fire. Just depends. Sometimes you'll get flower that is mostly stem, sometimes it's all bud. Definitely not consistent. Regarding service. Love the security guard that's always there. Greets you with a smile every time and truly feels like he enjoys his job. There is one woman who works ar the front window and has been there almost every time I come in that is not helpful, won't look at you, won't smile, rolls her eyes. BUT everyone in the back has always been wonderful, so helpful and so informative. Atmosphere is what you would expect, perfectly okay. Clean. Not all white. Comfortable seating.
The staff was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the products offered. I was disappointed there were no edibles when I visited but I was satisfied with the flower that was recommended.
The Guy's were Professional as usual! I just love to come and see these folks from Missouri it is always a pleasant experience and we do not mind the 90 mile drive one way. Acanza is always a great place to buy such awesome souls here!
This is only my second dispensary to visit, my first visit at this dispensary, and found all the staff pleasant and friendly and helpful. I was satisfied with my medication and will return as a customer.
Not always a big selection of products, but they will be cultivating soon so that should change! Very nice staff, and always willing to help educate me on products and strains for exact needs of me, which helps me tremendously when I use certain strains!
