Haven't been to your facility yet but I wanted to get a positive review out there merely because your prices CRUSH those of the stores in the Bentonville area. You appear to have a very nice selection. Further, I very much appreciate you making known who your sources are for your flower. I am eager to get to your facility and experience what you have to offer. Thank you for bringing some REALISTIC prices to the area. I have no problem paying fair market value but $300-$400 per ounce is laughable.

I love the location and the staff but who ever is in charge of updating their information on Leafly, needs improvement. I had my selection already researched and had spent several morning hours reading and studying the strains for what was best for me. I get there, placed my order and was told it was gone. I had to start all over with what I wanted. I was really disappointed.

Living less than 1 mile away this location is convenient, some of the staff are helpful, product is good quality and price. But... why in the hell is there ALWAYS a line that takes forever to move?!?! At this point in the game that problem should have been reconciled. Easier and faster to shop another dispensary on the other side of town.

I wish you would put up flower online to sale over the weekend instead of wating until close on Sunday to put the strains online it seems like alot of strains are not replaced on the weekend even tho it is in stock on the weekends. click helped if u agree 👍

Nice place but need to be more accurate on their menu. Checked menu and made a list of strains that I wanted. Wrote down names and prices of strains that I planned to purchase. Went to dispensary and while waiting in line, checked the menu again and prices had changed on several items. Once inside I talked to the manager about why the prices had changed. She had no explanation and refused to honor the prices advertised. Also, one item on their menu they had never had in stock and said they would probably have in a few days. I know it was their opening day but it is very important to keep the menu accurate as it is very difficult for many patients to make the trip to the dispensary and to then find out the items they came for aren't the price advertised or have never been in stock is just not what they want to see.

Today was my first visit at this dispensary. I have used the others in NWA but hadn’t been here until this morning. The bud tender I had was named Alicia, and I am making this review because of how great she made my experience today. At other dispensaries I have been to in NWA, I haven’t had negative experiences but the products at one certain dispo are always more expensive than the same exact products at other dispos. Here at Acanza, they have a program where you can receive a 10% off discount every time you pick up and a 20% off every Sunday. I found this so helpful as everything in Arkansas is already overpriced in my opinion. This makes our medications more affordable which I really appreciate. They also grow their own strains which I haven’t seen any other places do around here!! At the dispensary I normally go to, I only get $5 off after spending a whopping $500 in store. I am very glad I came in today as I will be returning for sure!

Dislike that they cancel your order and not offer a replacement. No notice given or call or text just a cancel. Always leaves a bad taste in my mouth and won't try to come back after today.

Poor communication and customer service

Ordered a half oz. But they gave me 11 1gram prepaks and 1 3.5 gram pack. Can't even get a good bud in 1 gram packs. Everything is prepak can not see what you are getting. The items in the display case are not what your getting.

This would be a great place if they could keep things in stock. They consistently have the worst selection in NWA.

Came in tonight and got some GG4. Was not happy with what I got when I opened the packaging. It’s all dried out and is burning harsh like it’s to dry. This is my favorite strain and now have a bad taste in my mouth. I do not like the sealed packing that I cannot see what I am getting. I know for a fact that what I smelled and looked at behind the counter was not the same batch as what I was sent home with.

Excited for them low prices. We are getting to where they need to be. I’ll be there tomorrow!

I have been coming here every since they opened up. Everyone that works there are so nice and helpful. The Staff are all very polite and the flower is always good and really good prices too. This is my home store.

it's not about the visit. It's about getting what you think you're buying! I've bought from this dispensary brought it home in weighed it and it was drastically light! Second, an employee of this dispensary admitted to me that the THC levels ADVERTISED were not always the truth! What is printed on the bag is accurate but how the hell is someone supposed to know before they actually buy it!? Lastly, now you can't find anything at this dispensary (flower wise) over 20% under $15. Which is ridiculous considering that it wasn't that long ago when you could find the same potency for $10-$12! This sucks! I just moved right down the street from this location but would rather travel to bentonville or bella vista to get my flower then right down the street! Acanza, get your act together or close!

So I enjoy coming here and buying, great place. But come on, the lines are ridiculous. I mean come on, there has to be a better way to do things. Every time there is a line, a LONG freaking line. I would hope this would change, but it hasn’t.

The lines are outrageous I don't understand how it takes so long when every single product is already pre-packaged.. They should have all registers open as the staff are screened daily..

I got to say, this has been my favorite dispensary. They have always had the best prices , and good product . However since the completion of their growl room, it appears that the drying process has changed, and the plants are no longer hung dry. The buds appear to be flat and pancaked, many trichomes are missing, and the THC content of each strain has dropped. Possibly due to the fact that they have far less trichomes during testing. the number of strains available has dropped drastically, the prices have gone up. And I got an eighth of Chernobyl that was all popcorn buds. They very rarely have a strain if the day anymore. It appears they have cut way down on their costs, and have increased customer cost. I don't get it, we're they not making enough already? Most of these things are going the other way at the Bentonville dispensaries, particularly The Source. I hate to drive all the way to Bentonville, but I will before I pay more for a lower quality product.

Lower prices but also lower quality compared to Bentonville. Nice staff, but terrible packaging that crushes the buds and won't recycle.
