I called this evening, 2nd day opened, most surely a busy time for these people and was blown away by the friendliness, patience, and professionalism of the young woman who answered! I want to visit soon, having the experience of one other AR dispensary under my belt, so that I can give a more accurate rating of Quality and Atmosphere based on my personal experience. Am hearing and reading great things about this place! I am looking forward to visiting firsthand.
FINALLY some prices we can get behind! I’m loving these awesome $25 Acanza 1/8ths and overall more bud selection and affordable options lately. No more lines, fast service and good quality! Please keep this up!!
No matter how busy this place gets the employees are always upbeat, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciate such good attitudes during these difficult times. Keep up the great work Acanza!
I would like to see a little more variety. I feel like there isn’t a very big selection. I know you guys are fairly new still though, so that could be a factor. The guy at the door is a little intimidating so it feels a little awkward in the waiting room but overall it isn’t a bad experience. Staff is always friendly and the first time I went, the girl was very knowledgeable and helpful in offering advice for choosing the right product for my needs. I appreciate that.
Only one person working there wearing a mask. There were 111 new cases of Covid in WaCo yesterday and it seems really stupid for a business with “Medical” in their name to care so little about their customers or is it just too MAGA? Either way I only went there today because of price and location I have really enjoyed going to Purspirit and actually being treated like a valued customer. All who work there are being protected by masks but even better they are providing a much safer shopping environment. Every time I go the lobby has former Acanza customers all over it and we talk about y’all not wearing masks. For true and for real.
I don't like the fact that Acanza demands online sales only. They are the only dispensary in NE Arkansas that does this,all others are in store OR online. This is a sign that the Acanza group is only interested in the money and not the patient. There IS NOT a law or a stipulation to receive your medical marijuana card that states that a patient HAS to have internet access to participate. This is discrimination and Acanza is making their own rules.
Leafly pickup took about 30 minutes to pickup from it being down to me sitting in the waiting room for 10 minutes. My order was wrong as well but they fixed it fast. If pick up is “faster” it should be a 5 minute or less wait for it. Love the place and always fire products, excellent service, just the leafly side has some bugs to be worked out
Acanza is finally staying true on their word when opening, their own flower is starting to be priced at much lower, and better quality, than the three main state’s farms. Really happy to see them stay true- props to them for taking care of patients.
Prices are great, the staff is pleasant and provide excellent service. I’ve been a regular 1.5 years. I wish they would offer stronger leaf strains in the range of 24-26% THC. I’ll keep going to this dispensary because the business model suggests this organization tries to make products more affordable than the other dispensaries. I appreciate that!
This sub par packaging, coupled with the lack of variety and the fact that every single time there is some mistake with my order means I am just done giving this place any more chances. Final straw? Nobody in the there was wearing a mask or gloves. If the service industry has to wear them to give me food or drinks, why not the people preparing our medicinal marijuana?? Dispensaries in theory are filled with sick people. Some folks look “fine” on the outside but may have Lupus, Chronic Fatigue, Lyme disease or other autoimmune disease that means are high risk of they catch Covid 19. Yeah, we don’t have a lot of cases here- but it’s just common sense and peace of mind! I will not be returning, I don’t care about their cheap grams. Not once has an order gone through 100% correctly, but that is forgivable. Exposing folks to a potentially deadly virus is not!
None of the employees here are practicing social distancing or wearing any sort of personal protective equipment. If you are at risk in anyway, I strongly recommend not going here.
this place normally has good stuff. shoped here this past weekend and bought some flower that had no effect. so this time waisted 120 bucks. not happy about that.
