This place is my spot, so I’m doing this to hopefully help out. I love acanza, love the folks who work there. Their in house products have far surpassed my expectations and I’m blown away at how many unique strains they’ve put out on their own. HOWEVER, and it pains me to complain, y’all GOTTA do something about how dry the flower is. I can’t buy it anymore on sale, now it’s same day it’s posted, it’s often already too far gone. I bought a 1/4 today that just barely isn’t ruined, and y’all posted it today. I love you guys, the plastic isn’t working. See you soon

No matter how busy this place gets the employees are always upbeat, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciate such good attitudes during these difficult times. Keep up the great work Acanza!

I called this evening, 2nd day opened, most surely a busy time for these people and was blown away by the friendliness, patience, and professionalism of the young woman who answered! I want to visit soon, having the experience of one other AR dispensary under my belt, so that I can give a more accurate rating of Quality and Atmosphere based on my personal experience. Am hearing and reading great things about this place! I am looking forward to visiting firsthand.

This was my first time in this location and right as I stepped in and approached the desk, the lovely lady was so kind to me. I waited maybe a minute until they called me back where I was greeted by Mike! Mike helped me with everything and made me feel very welcome. I got what I needed and I’ll be SURE to come back!!

I loved going to Acanza! Their staff is very knowledgeable and informative. The store is beautiful and professional. Their displays are organized and I was able to smell every strain and look at it with a magnifying glass. They had complimentary waters and candy for the wait, as well as a food truck! Their pricing is fair, the products are great and the wait was quick! When I was done, I was gifted a cup full of cool Acanza swag, I cannot wait to come back!

This is the only place that I will go. Best by far so why go anywhere else...Very impressed. Super selection and great pricing.

Prices are great, the staff is pleasant and provide excellent service. I’ve been a regular 1.5 years. I wish they would offer stronger leaf strains in the range of 24-26% THC. I’ll keep going to this dispensary because the business model suggests this organization tries to make products more affordable than the other dispensaries. I appreciate that!

This sub par packaging, coupled with the lack of variety and the fact that every single time there is some mistake with my order means I am just done giving this place any more chances. Final straw? Nobody in the there was wearing a mask or gloves. If the service industry has to wear them to give me food or drinks, why not the people preparing our medicinal marijuana?? Dispensaries in theory are filled with sick people. Some folks look “fine” on the outside but may have Lupus, Chronic Fatigue, Lyme disease or other autoimmune disease that means are high risk of they catch Covid 19. Yeah, we don’t have a lot of cases here- but it’s just common sense and peace of mind! I will not be returning, I don’t care about their cheap grams. Not once has an order gone through 100% correctly, but that is forgivable. Exposing folks to a potentially deadly virus is not!

None of the employees here are practicing social distancing or wearing any sort of personal protective equipment. If you are at risk in anyway, I strongly recommend not going here.

I don't like the fact that Acanza demands online sales only. They are the only dispensary in NE Arkansas that does this,all others are in store OR online. This is a sign that the Acanza group is only interested in the money and not the patient. There IS NOT a law or a stipulation to receive your medical marijuana card that states that a patient HAS to have internet access to participate. This is discrimination and Acanza is making their own rules.

very friendly staff and very helpful since i m deaf and i get execellent service everytime. copper chem is my favorite strain so far hope it comes back soon.

I think there should be more deals

They should carry Osage Creek products. Bold and natural state products don't come close in quality. The people here are great though.

Don't ask questions. They have people who are arrogant and condescending and they talk to you like you're stupid. I happen to have 3 college degrees. I do not deserve to be talked to like that, just for asking a question.

this place normally has good stuff. shoped here this past weekend and bought some flower that had no effect. so this time waisted 120 bucks. not happy about that.
