I’m a regular customer of this place and contribute to be disappointed in the lack of product compared to other dispensaries. Very select choices and very rarely do they care concentrate. Prices are good, but the options are limited.
If you come to Acanza you will wait FOREVER! They force you to buy online and don’t even have enough people to work the online orders. You will stand outside at least 30 minutes. I will not turn on Purspirit again!

Security Guard was GREAT!!! He had a wonderful attitude and was REAL....Mike was my (pharmacy) and was an excellent help in explaining everything. I even got to meet the man in charge to help with some answers. I love this place and can't wait for the new programs to start.

The good: the dispensary itself is nice and set up well. Wait times are rarely bad. Pricing is good with multiple tiers. Some of the budtender are great, others not so much.
The bad: PREPACKAGED FLOWER. You guys are wasting your time and robbing the customer packaging this during business hours. It cuts majorly on selection, is a detriment to your employees time they could be selling to patients. Flower also dries over time so you may have proper amount when packaged but will not be the same even a few days later in a sealed bag.
Overall, the place is ok. Probably wouldn't go if they weren't so close but its what we have.

Won't honor online pricing. Always says prices are subject to change or that is the old prices when it was updated two days ago. No consistency in pricing.

The building is not handicapped accessible! Everyone was super friendly and helpful but some consideration for people with mobility issues is badly needed. The product itself was terrible, smelled and smoked like ditch weed. I was told by a bud tender that the Strawberry Cough, I had come there specifically for, that the strawberry scent and flavor would suddenly be there once I broke it open and smoked it. Even a novice smoker knows better than that. I don’t appreciate being essentially lied to by someone who is there to guide me towards the best purchase. Once home, I smoked my product and felt little relief from this bottom shelf Reggie. Very let down by my experience.
The potency for price here is deplorable. Other area dispensaries carry the same product from the same growers for cheaper and give better breaks for quantity.
I shop here for small quantities because of the following reasons: the only decent dispensary is almost 30 minutes away, the pricing is ridiculous, and "It is what it is," seems to be their motto.
The atmosphere and pricing are like any overpriced recreational boutique you would come across in Colorado, not a medical dispensary.
I would say don't order from them online but there is not a choice at the moment. They up charge and change your order, then won't address it through email or phone. Every other dispensary in the surrounding area I have dealt with will call to tell you they ran out of what you ordered, then ask you if you want to reorder.
I am not sure who is at fault for my final complaint. It is either the grower or Acanza, but multiple purchases have reeked of perfume and tasted as bad as they smelled.
It wasn't a shifty eyed stranger selling god knows what in a dark alley, so they get two stars.

Been three times - I left happy each time. They’ll chit chat as long as you let them or you can grab n go. My only complaint is that after you begin to enjoy and get accustomed to a strain, when that strain is gone, it’s gone, it seems. Back to trying new strains. Which, admittedly, is fun. What a petty complaint. You’ll find what you’re looking for here and everyone is kind and professional. Oh, one serious suggestion: PLEASE go deli style. I have no serious complaints with the pre-packaged weed I’ve bought at Acanza other than trash waste, but I prefer the idea of, “Hey I have $46.75. What can I get?” as opposed to being locked into an 8th or worse, two grams. Also, deli-style opens up the market to bags of shake. Please consider. Otherwise, amazing job. Thank so much for all that you do for Fayetteville and beyond.
This place is my spot, so I’m doing this to hopefully help out. I love acanza, love the folks who work there. Their in house products have far surpassed my expectations and I’m blown away at how many unique strains they’ve put out on their own. HOWEVER, and it pains me to complain, y’all GOTTA do something about how dry the flower is. I can’t buy it anymore on sale, now it’s same day it’s posted, it’s often already too far gone. I bought a 1/4 today that just barely isn’t ruined, and y’all posted it today. I love you guys, the plastic isn’t working. See you soon

yesterday I decided to shop at Acanza instead of my usual place. HUGE MISTAKE!! I ordered an ounce of Smores and couldn't pick up until after work. I received confirmation that my order was ready right after I placed it about noon. I arrive to the dispensary about 5:30 only to be sold 2 eights. I was told there were no more bigger bags and if I wanted my order fulfilled I would have to accept grams. of course we all know the bigger the bag the bigger the buds. I called the manager from the parking lot and was only offered the same.. "we can fix it with grams".. NO THANKS! the buds in the 1/8th bags were so big they were hard to get back out. NEEDLESS TO SAY.. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and will not be returning!! lost us for sure!

i like their Acanza brand wax and flower and the prices aren't just ridiculous. I would however love it if Acanza had their wax in 3.5g or more at a time and could drop the price a little for a bulk deal🥺

The (SEEDED) Acanza grown strains Caked up cherry and Hogs breath are completely completely worth getting. Amazing trim job and ABSOLUTELY smoke.

This used to be my go-to dispensary, but things have really changed over the past few months. Customer service and product both have really gone downhill. The variety of flower has decreased significantly. Sometimes they onlu have 3-4 strains to choose from while the other dispensaries in the area always have such a wide variety. When asked why, they get an attitude and say they think they're doing a great job of providing a lot of different strains. Like, what? Also, when you call to ask questions, they just direct you back to the website that is constantly changing and not accurate. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
Yesterday was my second visit to Acanza, but first time to try online ordering. I waited until 10am for them to open and then placed my order. I received a text at 10:02am saying my order was ready for pickup! It removed all the stress, and the discount was great. Thank you Acanza! A++

Waited over an hour to find out that they had run out of all of the good strains. No Member Berry or Burkle, they have it in their display but nothing in stock. Sell your display if you're out of stock or just remove the display.
Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful and the quality is consistent. However, their prices are way too expensive and have been getting increasingly more so over time. I used to be able to buy reasonably-priced ounces here, now they only offer eighths in the 40-45 range and that's just far too much for too little. For that reason, I won't be going here as much as I used to. It sucks because I like it there but they priced me out so I'll just go to Bentonville where you can still get good prices.
