Hell Raiser OG

I purchased a 1/2 oz. of Hell Raiser Og today from the best delivery service in south orange ca, Blue Bird, and I am impressed by the freshness and aromas wafting up my rather large, ( according to my wife) nostrils. The Leafly overview is quite accurate, so I'll move on to the experience I am having. I ground up two nice little buds for a small solo joint, rolled in one Elements ultra thin rice papers. Please forgive me for my braggadocio when I say no one rolls a better joint. I started early back in 1972 at 15. I don't know, perhaps it's because, as my dad said, "You have surgeons hands", but even then, I had a knack for a rolling a fine joint, and any size, depending on the occasion. I've smoked the little joint, and it really is a fine smoke. The Leafly report on the effects are spot on. Nice, relaxed body, yet fully functional, as far as I am able to self observe. I might add, "mentality stimulating ", to my quiver of wonderment derived from the smoldering smoothness of this fine herb.

I am writing this review to rectify a rather lame review I penned about a year ago concerning Hell Raiser Og. This is some very fine herb. I have a long history of medical marijuana usage, (61 years old, 40+ years of smoking), and have had my medical license since 2002 here in California, thus I have had the good fortune to have been exposed to the finest varieties of medical grade strains in my lifetime, for I try to save my money and purchase only the "top shelve" offerings. Life is full of compromises, but this is one area of my life where I hold the line...only the best medical grade, lab tested, Great Spirit blessed cannabis will enter my body. That being said, Hell Raiser Og has entered my body. I write my reviews after smoking approximately 1/2 a joint, for I figure that if I can smoke more than a 1/2 a joint, it's not strong enough for this old hombre, and not worthy of a review. (I will only give reviews on 4 or 5 Star material). Hell Raiser Og rolls up very nicely, tastes very smooth and rather sweet upon exhale, and, for a "heavy-weight", it's quite tame on the lungs. I say, "heavy-weight", because any offspring of Face Off Og, is a winner in my book. If you would like to read my review of Face Off Og, you will see my affection for this strain, and Hell Raiser Og's mama, (or was it papa?), did their job real well with their prodigy, Hell Raiser Og. Don't let the name scare you off, though. I'll let you in on a little secret: it's 9:03 am, and yes, it's a bit early in the day to burn one, but it's Saturday, and I got nothing on the calendar, so I figured I'd do a scientific experiment and then give this review. Hell Raiser Og does not pin you down like a Sumo wrestler Indica; like it's parent, Face Off Og. No, Hell Raiser Og is quite gradual in its assent, like a jumbo jet taking off with a full load of passengers and fuel, vs. a fighter jet launch off a carrier deck, like a mind-bending sativa variety, a Ghost Train Haze, or a Green Crack, might give you. And it's not a eyelids dropping, forgot what's happening, strain, either. This marijuana is a wonderful blending of genetic material to produce an effect that has my tired old body feeling more relaxed, but my mind is stimulated. This is the way I like to feel, and it is why I have re-written a review on Hell Raiser Og, and it is why it shall be in my humidor whenever available. 5 Stars for Hell Raiser Og.

Great taste. I would describe it as an indica dominant hybrid. Similar to Blue Dream; but more heavy on the indica side.
