4.5 - the particular batch I got was very diesel. But I love that tang lol. I get more pine than citrus. This is just a good indica leaning hybrid. What you expect from an OG. Good body high that knocks out pain. Few too many hits will send you right to dreamland. But it's chill. Puts your anxiety at bay. If you pace yourself it's a real nice evening unwind. Herbal wellness center Phx always has on point flower.

Very nice strain, gives both a relaxing and energetic high. It can very conflicting. Smoking too much can cause anxiety so be careful, but if smoked in moderation, ghost og is an amazing strain.

super potent! call me a light weight but damn I was beyond high by the 2nd hit on the first bowl haha.. Smells real good.. hella frosty and taste great!! will recomend!

When you have rheumatoid arthritis, one of the hardest parts of your day can be getting out of bed, because that's when the stiffness and soreness are the worst. Ghost OG is a good choice to get going, because it has strong pain relieving qualities, but doesn't nail you to the wall. Offering both energy and pain control, Gok is reaffirming my belief that I've never met an OG that I didn't like.

This strain is not for beginners, one or two hits of this thing and it will give you a long lasting heavy body stone accompanied with strong munchies and the need to just sit back and relax. heavy diesel and mint smell to it but when you taste it it has an earthy piney taste.

Nice body high. Great mellow taste and feeling.
