A true powerhouse Indica! Very dense, rather monotone coloured nugs. A heavy smoke that can leave you totally baked, even after just a few tokes.
Chopping up a bud, the smell was indeed sour - a bit cat pissy but in a pleasant(?) way. Fuely, dank...When ignited, the taste was nice but I endured a slight harshness or "bite".
I like my Indica and Indica-dominant strains, and this one's for real.
Not for novices, and not for being out-and-about.
If you like a powerful cannabis high, you'll like Dark Star!

Update on my other review. I am absolutely thunderfucked by the experience that is Dark Star. I am floating through the deep nebulas from the comfort of my cozy couch.
first encounter with the strain today and I am satisfied. Really nice looking bud, with a nice purple center. the smoke was smooth and flavorful. a good pine taste when exhaling! The high was good, not a strong high but rather a calm, mellow, relaxing high. the strain worked perfect for a evening of unwinding!✌
I feel very relaxed and calm really helps with my anxiety

I like the different names for all the strains and the idiot prior to this review needs to stop worrying about the little things in life and just sit back and relax God's gift to man. Keep up with the different names we love it.
Solid Strain , despite its indica dominant traits, Great For Social Anxiety and Even for just a nap, made me super tired yesterday, and this morning at 7 am, I smoked a joint of this and I feel ready to greet customers and have a productive day.
Super tasty, always relaxing, and good for migraines. I love this strain, and I tried some from Eugene OG where there is always awesome medicine and diverse selections. Fantastic Indica always!
What's not to like? I went looking for an Indica and i got it. I'm a lightweight so two deep hits off a pipe and I'm floating...or maybe gently cushioned in a bed of clouds. For me it's a contemplative stone. Things like "do animals run for fun? Like, we see a deer running and think it's scared and running from something. But maybe it's running cuz it feels good or just getting their cardio in for the day".
Everything you do feels like you're doing it reaaaal slllooooow...or maybe you're not and your just paranoid." In a bit this will pass, I'll get very sleepy and off to bed. For now I'll be really aware of my heartbeat while watching a NatGeo show on The Arc of the Covenent,
