Strange taste to the smoke, my first Canadian joint. Was amazed at the deep spaced out calm I got. This is great for people with anxiety, I used to take medicine when I was anxious that had this exact same calm feeling, but took 30 minutes to kick in, this, moments. Very impressed so far. Only downer is the strange taste to the smoke, I've honestly never had anything like it. Not sure if I'm keen on it, but I've no doubt it'll grow on me. It's not unpleasant, just different

A true powerhouse Indica! Very dense, rather monotone coloured nugs. A heavy smoke that can leave you totally baked, even after just a few tokes. Chopping up a bud, the smell was indeed sour - a bit cat pissy but in a pleasant(?) way. Fuely, dank...When ignited, the taste was nice but I endured a slight harshness or "bite". I like my Indica and Indica-dominant strains, and this one's for real. Not for novices, and not for being out-and-about. If you like a powerful cannabis high, you'll like Dark Star!

Update on my other review. I am absolutely thunderfucked by the experience that is Dark Star. I am floating through the deep nebulas from the comfort of my cozy couch.

Great for my fibromyalgia, ptsd and depression. This strain helps me get things done by helping me move past the bs that tends to hold me back. A few hits from my pen in the morning with a great cup of coffee. This strain can flip on you if you’re not careful however, a few more hits than needed can leave you stuck a little, even drift off to lovely sleep so use gently to see your tolerance. I hope Curio keeps this strain in rotation, I’ve been choosing this a lot lately. Grateful for Curio.

I've grown this strain for about a year now and athough it's a little stubborn to grow, the results always speak for themselves. Earthy with a hint of citrus.

Warning: don't plan on leaving the couch for a while. Good for relaxing but don't plan on going anywhere

My husband and I are huge fans of this amazing strain. We both struggle with depression and anxiety as well as pain. it doesn't take much and we are both floating, happy, hungry, and relaxed. highly recommend this strain.
