I have had this as both a cartridge and concentrate, and I have no clue why Leafly lacks the Cherry option in their selections, because both the cartridge AND the concentrate tasted JUST LIKE a piece of cherry pie (and I'm talking about the sour kind of cherries as well). This is one of the few low THC strains that can still make me laugh upon consumption, and I have middle-of-the-road to high tolerance. This strain is also somewhat of a catch-all, as I've waked and baked on this with no issue (and of course a double dose at night is part of my insomnia 1-2-punch). If I was limited to one strain for the rest of my life, this would probably be it.
My favorite strain right now. Amazing taste that is sweet and fruity. Not too much of a fan of indicas, but this has definitely opened me more to the liking of them. The smell is just as special of a feature as well. Overall, you will feel smooth vibrations throughout your body and feel slightly weighed down. This is for CHILL mode.
Cherries jubilee. Great as a mix in or by itself. Has a floral and cherry bouquet.
Smoked a 0.75g nug out of a batch tested at 26% THC and all I have to say is, 1. It's bomb, and 2. trust your nose on this bud. The smell is so pungent and unique, if I try not to think of sweet and sour cherry pie, it reminds me of a fruity, tropical cocktail. Seriously though, you'll never forget the smell of a real top shelf bud of this strain. As for the effects, it's like a sativa but with a little of the edge taken off.
Great combination of Granddaddy Purple & Durban Poison. For me it feels like an even 50/50 hybrid. First effect to surface was relaxation, then a peaceful feeling.
The effects last a couple hours.
Great strain to life your spirits.
Amazing stuff, real high quality bud. Gives you a great body and mental high, good for days when you're just chillin.
Job well done H4L, you have taken my two personal favorite strains, Durbin poison and grand daddy purple and created this amazing flower. I definitely see why the name cherry pie because of it's amazing taste. It is a true 50/50 Indica Sativa feeling, which neither is overpowering. Great for anytime of the day morning to get your day ready, afternoon to get your work done and at night to relax and unwind from your day.👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼
Gives me more short-term memory issues than I typically have with indica, but delivers a really solid, warm stone that is great to just veg out with in the evening. Using it right now as my evening stress relief and every night ends with drifting gently off to sleep. A bit too distracting to comfortably game on while baked, but only because my thoughts keep drifting and I pause to refresh Facebook for the 200th time. I was psyched that the peak of the high lasts for roughly two hours in my case; my tolerance is up and things are typically over much sooner.
