Bottom Line Up Front: I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good standalone for medicinal purposes.. This is a great late evening / before bed indica. Onset is a bit slow and you will soon find yourself completely locked up. Something about this strain specifically didn’t agree with my particular body chemistry and the effect was less relaxing than I had expected. I felt the need to fight the effects somewhat and never quite settled into this strain. I’m sure others will probably not experience the same. Blue Magoo would make a great addition to to one’s collection who is looking for a high-quality Indica that combines the best of both the Blue Berry notes most have come to love with distinct and heavy medicinal qualities.. Great for pain and insomnia. Empirical Data and Value: Out of the bag, you know you have some real medicine in your hand. Smell is VERY sweet and candy-like with blueberry permeating through notes of earthiness and citrus zest The smoke to follow is exactly what you would expect when you first smell it. You know you are in for an experience. Burned consistently to fine white ash (80/20) indicating proper growing/harvesting technique. Above average smoothness. Value is there with long-lasting effects and a solid smoke to cash.

This stuff hits like a ton of bricks. I only smoke occasionally and after about two hits completely knocked me out. I got really loopy and a little dizzy and had to go straight to bed. My wife had a better time with it, which I missed. It seems to be a really good strain, so I'm still giving it good stars, but just way too potent for me. I know now after talking to some people that I should avoid indica. Learning process.

I love all the magoos this is a nice one. i got it at Human Collective II off barbur blvd. which is a great dispensary. this helps my headaches(i have a cystic brain tumor). and it eases my nausea. it's pretty also.

Unreal body high and energy I got from this strain. Excellent and didn't have crazy munchies. Awesome!

I'm not sure what it is about this strain, but nobody seems to notice that I'm high out of my mind... Numerous people have asked if I'm out of grass or if I've smoked today, and the answers are no and yes, respectively. I woke up with a half gram doobie. Very smooth, this stuff reminds me of Blue Dream. Wonderful for a wake and bake.

i didnt really like it....

Blue Magoo is one of my favorites. The flavor is smooth and the high is awesome. Heavy but not like some other strains that will have you stuck in the same spot for hours. Definitely reduces anxiety for me.

A great hybrid staple, that I've enjoyed many times. Blue Magoo supposedly originated from PDX in the mid-'90's. It has an enjoyable sweet & earthy aroma. It gives me a little bit of a cerebral high, but it mainly helps me relax. I like it because it does a great job of reducing stress and anxiety. Plus, it's usually readily available in my neck of the woods for a good price!
