Not to be smoked if you have things to do. Great for night time smoking, but you'll be horribly ineffective and inefficient if you smoke this during the day time.

I was feeling completely nauseous prior to smoking this strain. It completely got rid of it and totally relaxed me. The great thing about this strain is that its well balanced. I was able to still be productive while being extremely happy. This is a great strain for any time of the day.

love this! I had been reading reviews about this for weeks and had been wanting to try it due to it's calming effects. I was finally able to get some. and the best part is the dispensary is only a 14 min walk from my house soooo yaaay!! anyway Black Velvet has wonderful snow covered nugs, with bits of purple and little orange hairs. beautiful to the eye and to the lungs. I took a bowl hit and I melted. everything I was anxious about (nothing really serious but) it all just melted. I have no other word to describe it. I felt calm and peace. I was listening to my rock emo music before smoking, feeling all angry and well emo, and then I had to switch to another station, to lofi calm jazz music, once I started smoking this strain. I feel clean and happy out of my funkyness 😂 it also took away my back pain !

Extreme is the one word that comes to mind. Extreme visually, extreme aromatic profiles, extreme tastes, extreme growth pattern, extreme effects! I grew this strain outdoors this year up here in Northeast Michigan where the season is short and storms tend to sweep in during the harvest time and it withstood everything mother nature threw at her including wind, rain, cold nights and lots of gloomy fall days. 8 weeks of flowering produced a memorable grow and some uber dank colas of the most sticky purple cannabis.

Smooth and tastes a little like flowers and cheese oddly.
