I've used Elevate Holistics for my medical marijuana certification for years. EH makes your online appointment ridiculously easy. Doc O is literally the BEST! She's compassionate, professional, fast, personable, timely, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend Elevate Holistics! I'll remain a patient so long as they'll have me!

I found the application process easy. I found Dr Miller to be caring and knowledgeable. I picked the full service video visit where we visited .he approved me then later today he filled out my Missouri application paperwork. I can’t wait to get my card and start buying product and finally get some pain relief. If you have chronic pain, anxiety, sleeplessness, etc , I recommend you use Elevate Holistics.

I just cannot say enough about what a fantastic company Elevate Holistics is! I went to their site and booked an appointment for the next day at 2:00. Then I went to the link they sent me to complete the information they needed for my appointment. A few minutes before 2 o’clock the next day, I clicked on the link I was given to do my video appointment (on my iPhone, by the way). At exactly 2 o’clock, doctor Miller did a video appointment with me. He was very professional and asked appropriate questions of me. The entire appointment took about 7 or 8 minutes. Then he told me I was approved, based on my medical history. A few minutes later, I received a text from Jenny, explaining in very simple terms what I needed to do next. I was provided a link to complete the information that was needed to send to the State. I had a few questions and texted them about what I needed to know. Nicole and Aspen we’re both so helpful through the entire process. They both got back to me right away and explained what I needed to know. They are the most customer friendly company you can imagine. They really did make the process very simple. The State has my application now and I am just waiting for them to send me my medical marijuana certificate. Very smooth process. Such a simple and easy application to fill out and loved that I could do it all from the comfort of my home. Not a ton of form that you don’t understand. Dr was kind and understanding, took his time and even seen me after my appointment time due to phone dying. Greatly appreciated!! I have recommended to several family/friends. Excellent service!
