I've used Elevate Holistics for my medical marijuana certification for years. EH makes your online appointment ridiculously easy. Doc O is literally the BEST! She's compassionate, professional, fast, personable, timely, and thorough. I would absolutely recommend Elevate Holistics! I'll remain a patient so long as they'll have me!

I just cannot say enough about what a fantastic company Elevate Holistics is! I went to their site and booked an appointment for the next day at 2:00. Then I went to the link they sent me to complete the information they needed for my appointment. A few minutes before 2 o’clock the next day, I clicked on the link I was given to do my video appointment (on my iPhone, by the way). At exactly 2 o’clock, doctor Miller did a video appointment with me. He was very professional and asked appropriate questions of me. The entire appointment took about 7 or 8 minutes. Then he told me I was approved, based on my medical history. A few minutes later, I received a text from Jenny, explaining in very simple terms what I needed to do next. I was provided a link to complete the information that was needed to send to the State. I had a few questions and texted them about what I needed to know. Nicole and Aspen we’re both so helpful through the entire process. They both got back to me right away and explained what I needed to know. They are the most customer friendly company you can imagine. They really did make the process very simple. The State has my application now and I am just waiting for them to send me my medical marijuana certificate. I found the application process easy. I found Dr Miller to be caring and knowledgeable. I picked the full service video visit where we visited .he approved me then later today he filled out my Missouri application paperwork. I can’t wait to get my card and start buying product and finally get some pain relief. If you have chronic pain, anxiety, sleeplessness, etc , I recommend you use Elevate Holistics.

I loved the convenience of this service. The doctor was very pleasant and easy to speak with. The only trouble I had was a tech problem with the state's website; which the staff at Elevate went out of their way to correct the problem.

I can’t say enough positive things!! Being able to fill out the pertinent forms and information online was amazing and simple. Dr. Miller was cordial, quick and efficient, yet thorough in his questioning. And Aspen, what can I say, I couldn’t have done it without her. I’m sure I was a pain in her ass with my petty questions but she never faltered and never hesitated to answer, no matter how insignificant my question may have seemed. Such a smooth and easy process. I had been putting getting a OMMA card for awhile because I couldn't make an in person appointment due to my work schedule and C19. This was completely easy, step by step, great experience and I have recommended it to several friends. I can't believe how simply it really was, I chose to pay the extra $25 for them to process the state fees and applications, very glad I did! I will no longer be struggling in pain and taking over the counter inflammatory, muscle relaxers and pain killers.. After completing my profile and the virtual visit with the Dr. everything was done within a week and processed in my state. It took 10 days to get my card in the mail! Which is amazing! The Dr also sent an email afterwards with tons of educational material, much appreciated!
