This place is amazing. absolutely amazing. The best decision you will make however....will be asking for Dan. Dan is the best budtender ive seen ever. Emerald Phoenix hands down is just the place to go.

I'm a new patient and this was my first visit to a dispensary. The experience here was awesome. The friendly and knowledgeable staff answered any questions I had and made some great suggestions based off flower my preferences. I'll definitely visit again.

The bud tenders have been very rude every time I’ve come in. They are short and don’t offer any real help just “an what would you like next”. If you ask a question they give u a bs answer just get you out of there. As a DA and now a manager of a different dispensary I’d never shop here again simply because the customer service is absolute dog sh*t. 0 out of 5 stars

worst dispensary, lost my order and then acted like I made up making a pre order , showed them my text and still couldn't find it . what useless feature to order online then not even have it filled . You guys need to figure it out

shady place. apollo pods by item 9 are $50 at every other dispo out there. This place makes them $55 so you can't use your ftp deal on them as its bogo on anything up to $50. penny pinching bs that just hurts patients like your cheap ass shop can't afford to push pods at regular prices so you do crap like this. try to sound soo appealing with your "great" deal but you silently over charge so the majority of the good shit isn't even applicable for it lol shit shop.

It is Thanksgiving day Lotta dispensaries are not open so I went online and looked this one said they’re having a Thanksgiving special deal they do not have a close time I went down there everybody in the store is there yet the door is locked and they said they’re not open I drove 45 minutes to come here just for them to tell me that they’re closed when the website says they’re open there’s no specification for a time I am very upset I drove all the way out here all the lights Ron the open sign was on I am very fucking pissed off that I came out here for no reason to get nothing

i bought some kilamanjaro and snowcap that are both riddled with seeds. not even good pretty ones, the littlw white ones. you cant really run through a grinder with this stuff. they were not from top shelf, but i still expect better quality.

Today was my first time in and I had Dan help take care of me today. I have to say that this was an amazing experience and I loved the atmosphere here as well as the people. Dan was super helpful and hands down gave great customer service. I will be coming back again.

Don’t be black and come to this place. Absolutely unacceptable service. I call in before driving all the way to verify I can get first time patient bogo with concentrates as stated on Leafly. I get there the lady is very stand off ish and isn’t already trying to help. She tells me after being confirmed on the phone that I can’t get the deal and that it says it on leafly. I show her that it doesn’t on my phone and she says it’s messed up and not updated? Like what? That’s my fault. Long story short I didn’t get the deal and was treated like crap. And it’s my birthday. Thanks emerald never again that lady needs to be fired watched her do it to the black gentleman in front of me too. Blonde lady don’t go to her if you of color

best experience yet. had to take advantage of the bogo quarter ftp also got a free pre-roll and a coupon for a free medicated soda. wish I could remember my Budtender's name, she was amazing!

This was my first time. Greg was amazing! Extremely patient with me; super friendly and awesome customer service! Very nice and the flower is great!! I got a lot of goodies for my first time patient deal which is great! And I got an early morning deal too!! Highly recommend!! Greg is great

It’s aggravating that every time I come here they are out of everything. I came here because I didn’t want to drive 20 miles for the same deal. How about keeping a better stock of your products you sell.
