This was my first time going to a dispensary in AZ. And I have to say the staff was amazing! The girl I talked to was more than helpful. And was very personable. The products are amazing and work for all my needs! I will 100% be going back and telling my friends about it.

Disappointed! I went to here for my 1st visit, I decided I wanted to try the MüV THC Metered Dose Inhaler - 500mg, so according to their New Patient Deal on their website & Leafy site, it says I can use my BOGO for this product (see below). After waiting 30 minutes to get in, they tell me that item isn't a part of the new patient offer! Can someone explain to me WHY?

Absolutely appalled at the service I received here. I got a gram of MPX sauce that was half leaked out all over the threads of the lid. I went back in to ask for an exchange and they had me wait to go in the back just to give me the hardest time saying “they all look like that”. It took me telling the guy to grab a fresh one to compare them. He did and I guess his manager finally approved the exchange. Well they took both grams off of my allotment. Why should I get a gram taken off my allotment that ended up going back to the dispensary? Absolute garbage. I will never go here again, and I will never recommend anybody to this place ever again. Worst experience I ever had in a dispensary by far.

First time in, after driving across town. I came for the first time bogo quarter deal, which doesn't specify the types you can get. So when I choose the cheap quarter because it's all I can afford right now, she says, no it has to be 40.00 or more. It didn't state that on their site. I wasted my gas which I didn't have for nothing. Thanks for misleading and not being friendly to a first timer. Screw this place. Thanks for the disappointment.

Small, crowded, and loud. My salesperson was in a rush to get me out. I'm the kind of shopper who takes five minutes choosing a $3 lip balm in a drug store. Why should I be expected to choose a $30 item in three seconds in a dispo? My salesperson suggested I look at their menu online. I don’t shop that way, especially for things I don't know much about. I need to pick up, hold, and read a product package before I buy something— especially when shelling out a lot of money for a little thing (and don’t get me started about the outrageous cost of marijuana products compared to pharmaceuticals, which at least people are fighting to reduce the cost of).
Speaking of *medical* marijuana: A Goldsmith Extracts vendor at Müv yesterday was saying things like their swag was another goody for your "stoner kit" and their products "get you really high" (I'm paraphrasing, but he definitely said stoner and really high). I'm a patient, not a stoner, and my goal is not (usually) to get high. I know that I owe a HUGE debt of gratitude to all the stoners who courageously made the cannabis culture when it was illegal and pushed to have marijuana decriminalized and legalized, both for medicinal and recreational purposes. But in a medical marijuana dispensary you shouldn't imply that customers are stoners and talk about getting high. A "patient" "medicates," and is not necessarily a "stoner" who "gets high." I personally enjoy getting high sometimes when I don't need to be sober, but I imagine a lot of patients don't. People who work in Arizona medical marijuana dispensaries should focus on patients and medicine.
For all those reasons, I don't think I'll be shopping at Müv anymore.
I highly recommend not coming here . They never have in store what they have on there website . Ever . There costumer service is very very poor . You think people would take pride in the work but these people definitely don’t . they just rush you out and talk over you when your trying to speak . Worst dispensary in Arizona don’t come here !
I feel the tension in people because of this covid stuff. Peeps take it out on the tenders unnecessarily. They are actually one of the few dispensary’s that do a FINE job of queueing the lines outside. LEAFLY ORDERING moves things along quicker people...... So stop complaining LOUDLY outside. I find MUV to have the best prices on all products. Of course they are going to “run out” of some specials. Business is still strong. For an extra 5-10 dollars they have alternate flower comparable to the $65 1/2 ozs. I will continue to be an MUV patron👍
The ONLY negative I’ve found in their products is their pre-rolls. They don’t draw correctly, fall apart and sorry to say kinda seedy with sticks even. Lol. However, I will buy their quality flower and roll my own👍

This smells like a truck stop and is overflowing full. I’ve never been in a dispensary that smells like dirty men instead of a pleasant cannabis smell. Front desk staff isn’t very friendly. Would never recommend to a friend.
During this pandemic, this is the only Dispensary that is organized and get you taken care of in a timely fashion. Love loce love Muv!

Really did not appreciate the text I got from Muv today - "PSA: THERE IS UNSAFE MMJ OIL IN AZ AND YOU ARE BEING LIED TO! LEARN WHY PURAEARTH IS THE AUTHORITY IN CLEAN OIL ACROSS AZ!"
Bashing your competition is not the way to convince your customers that your product is superior... This put a bad taste in my mouth. That's not the move, Muv. I don't think I've ever even been here, not sure why I was getting the texts, but this didn't make me want to make the trip to visit your location. Oof.

I personally find it funny to see everyone complaining about the $45 halves as if they were entitled to better bud at that price. People always complain about the products that have already been discounted. Maybe what needs attention is your ability to budget and instead of dogging the people selling some of the cheapest medicine in town you learn to spend $80 on a half to get the quality “you deserve” which is a stupid statement to begin with.
Every time I’ve ever stepped foot in MUV the people were kind, the quality was good, and they never hesitate to educate you on the product. If they were so horrible they wouldn’t have hundreds of regulars. Ignore the spoiled entitled crying about discount quality bud and you’ll find one of the best shops around. That’s why MUV is in like 10 states.

Website had different information than in store, service was confusing, would not recommend trying to use their first time patient special, I'm sad I did, and won't be returning for a 2nd time visit. With the selection of dispensaries available you would think that customer service would matter more and if you make a mistake you make it right by your customer.

So I ended up driving 31 miles (one way) just to come check these guys out, and I definitely wasn't disappointed! Quality meds with a HUGE selection of basically everything. Customer service was on point, Katie was super efficient, friendly and very knowledgable as to what products were available and anything about them. The girl at the front desk was also super awesome I just didn't catch her name.
Worthless dispensary, run specials all the time that they ALWAYS are OUT of all the good strains and then offer GARBAGE people are RUDE
I don't like the quality of service of this dispensary!! While my order is being processed I have to watch people behind me go in because they already received their text. The bud tender told me to stand in the other line that isn't even moving at all. They are really unfair to patients!! Very unsatisfied with the service at this dispensary. I will never spend my money here again!! Very horrible!!!
Very unprofessional for the amount of money I spent here today it just wasn't no little measly 8th and it was even an online order how could you mess that up even the school of the blind more organized than them all the way from the security guy out in front to the little lady working in the Box she even tried to hand me a wrong ID then the security guy in the front had me waiting in the wrong line and then crying around trying to make it sound like it was my fault very unprofessional don't think I'll be coming back for the amount of money I like to spend on my flower hopefully someone with the responsibility will address some of these bad reviews on here
They have shade and chairs for people coming in but nothing for pick ups. I also felt that even tho the order was online the people in the actual line got out faster and went in faster. Not the best service or set up

Muv moon rocks was a rip off, $25 + tax gram and it wasn't that potent , it really looked like it was flower and just keif. It felt like it was basically just flower that's mid shelf, muv makes enough money to do that to the customers smh. Lower the price or upgrade the product.

The wait time was real! Granted it was a Saturday so thats not abnormal. However stay away from the Purple Apricot strain. I dont even have a taste to compare it to, but maybe similar to licking a wet dog that has needed a bath for a year. Seriously though, never in 12 years of using cannabis can I recall getting flower that tasted so horrible. The only positive was that my budtender has very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice, plus a coupon for a free pre-roll, but not worth the drive just to risk throwing away more flower.
I don't understand why they can never seem to get my order correct besides that their flower is pretty good
